If I were the government, I would probably want assurances of grade prior to disrupting the local community, along with demonstration that the operator would employ local labour to the benefit of country and community.... that’s an expensive undertaking for Keras, but with a third party on board, we can tick all boxes and with it financed. Just speculating, but makes sense in my head
Anyone tried writing to him.... can’t believe the silence here!
I am assuming the outcome is a good thing for us? Looks like better continuity from the previous? Having said that, the presidential position looks to be becoming less relevant moving forward?
Stupid question, but could the outcome affect the endorsement in any way?
… and at no point was the election mentioned, even as a potential delay risk in any RNS or company communication, unless I am wrong?
I’ve lost track a little. Is the working theory that of this proves up, the government are going to award? Not sure this is written anywhere, but it wouldn’t be unreasonable for it to be a condition would it? Also, why invest if you were the major player if you weren’t confident of the award, and knows this was a step to that end? Does this stack up, or am I off message/target?
So the trade of 1.22 M shares at mid-day on Friday was a BOD purchase rather than sell. Suggests strongly the other was a buy as well. Bottom reached? Small top up for me this morning.
Manlord, The straightforward answer should be nothing, and I see your angle, but a reassuring tweet, or update on something would be appreciated. I have held senior positions in my career, and in my experience, stakeholder management is often key to overall success. It is easier that way to manage forward, and even backward change. Bottom line is periods of silence followed by an update is often considered a surprise... for better or worse, that isn’t predictable, and in this game predictable is value.
I am as patient as the next person.... but this is ridiculous.... I just don’t understand the information gap. If this comes good shortly, I feel there is no excuse for this and needs to significantly improve. Here’s wishing.
Silly question, but what does manganese go for per tonne.... that is to say, what is 14M tonnes actually worth at the grades we are looking at? I’ve tried looking this up, but can’t seem to get a straight forward answer. Has Russell ever stated this, or Dave before him?
More nobs selling, better for me. Happy to keep buying at these levels. Been here a long time, around five years, and never seen so much potential before. We did nearly 2p per share on tributes... this time it’s a bigger, better inventory, 48% owned (after pfs) and Togo is on the march. Although I don’t get the market value, I’m more relaxed about this investment than any other.
