MAA: good question. I've been punting on AIM for a fair bit longer - (I don't "invest" on AIM) - but I've had three TOs in the last five years where good sound cos have been bought out after all the hard work has been done, PIs have supported fund raises and seen dilution but then been deprived of the real fruity jam for which they had patiently waited. That's AIM, and when you add to that the CEO lifestyle cos always promising jam tomorrow after just one more fund-raise to keep them in the manner to which they have become accustomed then it is all a murky business and not for widows or orphans or those who can't afford to lose their stake. I reckon the big boys are stalking their prey at the moment - not the vultures, they only go for dead meat - so PIs will get a modest return and the big boys will get a big return. It's called capitalism. ATB

Trust you are right Wacca. At least we have AJP to give us clues as to what might be going on, and if Elsol is right about the world disappearing under the oceans then at least it will smell nice! ATB

'Fraid the very large chilled Chablis and Mrs M banging on concerning the need to do something about my rewilding policy for the garden to save the grass-hoppers combined with the unseasonal heat of summer coloured my judgement. I have issued strict instructions to buy any shampoo, washing aid, cleaner regardless of price. The result will appear in TU for H2 2025 and a solid return to 4p. ATB

FYI: my sell showing as a buy.................Might pop back when we learn if the big seller was being very clever, or warrants being dealt, or a TR-1, or see an invoice for any magnet sold, or get any clue as to what the shenanigans last week were all about.

Afternoon Elsol. A powerful argument for its time for those not old enough to remember 1976 or 1947 or the end of the 19th century when it was reliably predicted that with the growth of horse transport London would disappear under horse manure. Fortunately - or very unfortunately for the far sighted lovers of the new non defecating bicycle - some clever bloke invented the ICE shortly to gain its first victim. I fear that none of these changes affected the climate or indeed the weather and nor so far as I am aware did anyone not buy a car in order to save the planet. But what I do know is that I and my fellow citizens are paying a cripplingly high price for Mad Ed's schemes that will not improve the lot of my grandchildren or Venetians one jot. And I trust that the ice in your G+T is from your ice-house in which you store the winter snow: fridges are dangerous commodities I gather and in these few pleasantly warm days take lots of electricity which we buy abroad cos there is not much wind to turn Ed's bird-chopping windmills - so it's an ill-wind as we say in these parts. Bottoms Up and let's hope that ITX answers the call this week and we get back to 4p. ATB

Chatting with Mrs M. Looked up Croda. Very lovely web-site with lots green, environment, save the planet stuff. But could someone please name a product. At Waitrose “green” washing up liquid unless on offer 20% more. Not a great selling point when Rachel from accounts is in charge.

Got a nasty feeling that the monkey has run off. At least, as I recall, the approach of a TU produced a smattering of interest even if followed by a fall in the sp as reality dawned. No, I'm not a "deramper" as I believe is the term - nor am I seeking a life-changing profit - but merely observing what appears to be a complete lack of interest. Also, as I previously remarked and for which I was verbally chastised, it does seem that the desire to have a green component in a washing machine powder or hair shampoo is not a compelling driver of sales but merely a bit of a niche for those who study the small print.

Lots of exciting action elsewhere for the EV and windmill drive which is probably a distraction for the green lobby but happy to be proved to be a miserable old gentleman whose glass is now much less than half full and likely to remain so. ATBALTH

Wow: a flicker of interest - couple of buys and a larger sell - before, allegedly, a ground breaking update. Thank you AJP for your posts without which I would have supposed the BOD had declared an omerta or all fallen asleep around the table. They seem to have all the enthusiasm of scientists in their stained white coats locked up in their laboratories playing with their pipettes. Reminds me of the science staff at my grammar school - and sense of humour nil! Really wish I had sold at 11p as grandson advised to benefit from much dynamism elsewhere but seem to have been overcome with inertia out of sheer curiosity to see if anyone will emerge from the lab to announce a green revolution. Mrs M beginning to ask pertinent questions for which I have no answer which is very tedious too.

Sadly K my search produced a 1d and a threepenny bit, a half a crown, and a chewed ten bob note but intend to phone HL tomorrow to ask if that adds up to 31p. ATB

Great shame "Proactive" do not have the relevant contributor with GCSE English Language pass grade or a proof reader with a satisfactory grade. Puts this BB, MKA et al, into "distinction" territory. GLA

Just had a "novel insight" about a deal with a big farma : be difficult to get more novel than that so patients is required. Heard it from a Turkish Barber who heard it from a furry called Tigga who had mates in a City. This is not advice to buy but do your own research - life-style of a CEO on AIM does not come cheap.

In anticipation Mrs M is very pleased with her new pinny and enjoying reading the Cunard Cruises catalogue despite this current loss. Just beamed up the HL MKA sp chart: looks like I was not the only one to get in in the 30ps so sincerely trust that those fellow punters with long sight stayed with it, took every opportunity at c 5-6p and are now being rewarded for their patience. Thanks to you and others of the cognescenti on this BB Mrs M is most impressed with my perspicacity for doing so (for once, or mebbe twice on AIM) so I am looking forward to a small debt of gratitude should the temperature mediate.
