Thorn yes i understand that dox is concentrated at sites of FAP but let's say current max dose of doxorubicin is 100mg

how much of that actually gets into the tumour? I don't know but to get the AVA6000 equivalent into the tumour you would require much less so if we find that AVA6000 is concentrating dox into healthy tissue expressing FAP then you just drop the levels to ensure no more reaches the healthy tissue than would if it was straight dox and you still spare the heart and all the other nasty side affects and ava6000 becomes standard of care

Whichever way you look at it, this is going to replace straight dox and expand the current 1.5bn market a few times over at least.

Thornogson let's imagine you are right. We would be in a situation where ava6000 could only be used to give the same quantities of doxorobucin as it does now and it would still be chemotherapy without any side affects so it still becomes standard of care overnight

Lets imagine you are wrong, then not only do we have chemotherapy without side affects but we have potentially improved efficacy in addition - affectively the holy grail

Those are the 2 outcomes possible now. Win win.

We know doxorubicin is a cancer busting drug and we know once it has cleaved from AVA6000 that it is identical

All I know is AVCT must have all the data from C1-6 QA'd by now and are sat on it for a reason i.e. waiting to get as much C7 data in as possible for maximum affect

They did originally want to post in peer review journal as you can only post new stuff to those yet we aren't doing that anymore. Why do people think that is?

my view is because deal(s) are lined up, data speaks for itself and just releasing it as they plan too is enough to send shockwaves through the sector. End of the day. this is a 50yr old drug known to destroy cancer . all avacta are doing is delivering it safely. Quite simple in a complex kind of way and totally revolutionary.

Data release won't be until last minute so they have as much info for us as possible

The data is data it carnt be argued with it is what it is in its raw form so investors and big pharma will be able to determine for themselves what paraidimg shift means

Wyn its not just a handful of people who have recieved the drug though is it. There is over half a century of data for doxorubin being used on millions of people.

I did think that there are numerous other trials of cancer treatments out there and maybe a blockbuster is announced but I countered that with the fact chemo is the cheapest form of treatment I know of and supply chains already in place etc..

So if you have 2 treatments which have the same efficacy then the cheapest will be the most dominant assuming side effects aren't too dissimilar

If market makers widen the spread they can make buys look like sells if they want to encourage selling and vice-versa. They get paid on every trade so want to encourage activity.

There was a 100k purchase earlier which showed as a sell for example. Best thing to do is ignore all the noise and focus on the fundamentals and the chart

Fundamentally company are reporting tumour shrinkage and on verge of a paradigm shift in oncology

Technically the chart remains in a strong uptrend with good momentum.
