It will only take £30m to take our lead asset through to comercialisation and then we start selling £5bn+ per year in two years time

That is just one drug and we have a hole pipeline of them plus affirmers plus diagnostics

if anyone thnks avacta are going tob e sold for 4-5bn which is just 1x sales from one drug then you shouldnt be in charge of your own portfolios

try more like 40 - 50bn

4bn is a insult and wont happen but depends on nature of the deal. We would get equivalent of 10x our money yes but may be at least partly paid in the buyers shares

Last time I post here about AVACTA because it isn't fair on people who want to talk about BOOM but you Mr smarty pants have missed this in the conclusions section "A high cumulative dose of doxorubicin for advanced STS was associated with a better efficacy"

So proves my point about avacta being able to deliver higher doses of chemo because they can modify the drug so it is targeted just to the tumour.

The way they target the chemotherapy is with a dipeptide linker molecule that they can apply to any chemo warhead even proteasome inhibitors which if you are as smart as you claim to be will realise this can potentially be a tumour agnostic therapy. It can link to alkylating agents, antimetabolites, anthracyclines, topoisomerase inhibitors, mitotic inhibitors etc so basically Avactas precision platform is not just one drug it is aplatform technology that can be used to modify a range of drugs not just chemotherapies, put them in humans and they only target the tumours not releasing any of there payload anywhere else so there are no side affects.

If you are as educated as you say then what on earth are you doing here at a 3rd rate podcast company when clearly avacta would be more suitable to your area of expertise. I suggest you take a deeper look and not dismiss it so easily.

That is my final post on this bulletin bored about another stock as it isnt fair. I will talk to you on the avacta bored if you wish to learn more about how avacta are curing cancer. or at the very least they will make it so that it is a chronic condition that people die with but not from.

The problem is the side affects only but liek I said, AVACTA have eliminated those side affects by adding a targeting ability to the chemo so it doesn't poison anywhere else in the body. There is overwhelming evidence that more chemo = tumour obliteration hence why i said it will cure cancer. now i'm fed up of taliing about it on this formum which i agree is not the place for it

BV I am a trader by hart and like to take profits quickly and cut losers quick it has served me well over the years but

when I have the conviction to hold a position like my short on cineworld or my long on avacta it is because i see it as an alsmot inevatibility the outcome

I got in sub £1 and initially sliced some but then quickly brought back them shares and actually doubled my holding after learning about the fundamentals

I am definitely a investor now in avacta but i understand the traders mentality

I just find JAdam deplorable. he sold way to early. he knows he has and now rather then being happy with his profits and moving on he is lingering round like a bad smell trying to spook others into selling in order to justify his own cell which couldnt have been more poorly timed.

This will really move in the coming sessions but not in a straight line. Hold for gold.

nothing wrong with wating for data release and buying at say £5 if thats what you can tolerate from risk reward perspective

Assuming shareprice gets to £100 then you will still make 20x your money

Compared to someone buying arond £1 who makes 100x their money

You have to believe what is in an RNS in my view so I have done

Chemotherapy kills cancer it is very potent

The only reason people are restricted from taking it in the quantiites required is because of its ghastly side effects

Avacta have found a way to target the chemotehapy so it only activates on tumours thereofre sparing healthy tissue

Its chemotherapy wihtout side effects

so patince can take multiple times the normal maximum doses if you read the last couple of RNS's you will see patience are seeing tumours shrink

And not having any side effecst

so yes, it is curing cancer

In terms of valuation here there are 4 questions

Is the pro drug version of chemotherapy safer?

Is the pro drug version of chemotherapy more effacious

Will precision prodrugs be clinically superior to competing therapeutics

Is the development pathway and route to market for precision prodrugs commercially attractive

If the answer to the 4 questions above is YES then why would precision not revolutionise and expand the existing $70bn global convenctional chemotherapy market?

The sky is the limit here and JAdam sold because a line on a graph crossed an oscillator which was inverted over an exponential moving bolligner band. He will regret this decision for the rest of his life but rather than quietly moving on he comes here to try and spread FUD a lot like Truant, Tom and future thinker on Twitter.
