I reckon it was probably in the region of 20p to 30p which bearing in mind the complete disaster conducted by RY since would have been lovely and given the vast majority of shareholders a nice nest egg.
It was a complete disgrace that RY did not inform the shareholders of the amount of the offer and not letting them decide-it is their company after all.
The only hope now is a takeover or a joint venture with someone like Norlisk-at the moment the company would find it difficult to raise a couple of million let alone the hundreds of millions required to get the project off the ground or should I say in the ground.
Any value the company did have has been destroyed by the Wonga type finance deals RY signed us up to.
Why he did not raise funds when the share price was between 20p and 40p shows complete incompetence and betrayal of the shareholders interest.

Nothing from the Occult Leader RY for a very long time-has he fallen done one of the drill holes or is he held up in some Caribbean island laughing how he has strung the poor shareholders along for years without managing to get any serious investor,big companies or joint venturers on board.

Has anyone heard from or seen RY lately or is he just lying on a beach in some Caribbean Island.
Surely we are due an update but I think the writing is on the wall-the lights will be turned off soon and Amur will be sold for £2 with a nice juicy consultancy for RY and his team.

Please Norlisk or Who ever surely you could make us an offer of a couple of hundred million pounds based on predictions for the nickel sulphate market

Glencore have stated they are undertaking a disposal of some non core assets.
It depends how Glencore regard the Zaragoza project.
If a Chinese company came along and offered a couple of billion might not they be tempted-this amount could give ZIOC close to £4 a share.
If this happens only hope it does before Corbyn gets into number 10 due to the horrendous tax bill if he does

Good morning-I do not post very often but I am shocked by some of the postings regarding BMN especially on the ADVFN.
These deramping posts should be removed simply because they are offensive,ill mannered with course language and appear solely to scare people into selling to drive the price down .Would not be surprised if they are paid by the big shorters-although they show little or no intelligence.I guess now the Jeremy Kyle show has been taken off the air these people have nothing to do with their time.
In future it would be great if posters could stick to the fundamentals of BMn,such as price earnings ratios,possible dividend yields and growth prospects in the exciting industry it operates in-though I doubt the shorter rabble have the intelligence or understanding to do so

Sadly not-the company appears to be continued to run in the interests of Riverfort and contra to those of long term shareholders.
The company could have announced a PFS with a NPV of £20 billion and the share price would have not moved significant.
Without a takeover or a joint venture the share price is stuck at 3p-any rises being stopped by Riverfort domping shares.
When RY refers to shareholders interests they only ever seem to relate to Riverfort and not the long term shareholders

As stated earlier no major impact on share price-when the licence was announced virtually doubled on day.
Big investors are wary that RY will announce another round of “Wonga” type finance on the back of PFS killing off any gains hence no upward move in share price
Hope I am wrong but history shows otherwise

A very good PFS with a further upside in respect of the 2018 PFS.
Unfortunately the share price is being held back by the “Wonga style” financiers Riverfort.
There will be no significant lift in the share price until a joint venture or takeover until is announced.
Until then the share price will be held in the 3p to 4p range so Riverfort can maximise their number of shares and profits-perhaps the shareholders RY is referring too.
Hope I am wrong but the small movement in the sharroce suggests not

Another total waste of time unless there is some actual news.
We need the PFS,finance plans,road plans and joint venture news -not just the normal meaningless waffle

A takeover may offer the best return to shareholders because the extra equity required to finance the Araguaia project could well lead to massive dilution of the current shareholdings,especially with the shareprice at such a low base.
The way forward maybe is to sell Araguaia possibly leading to the self financing of Vermelho with maybe a special dividend or share buy back.
Even raising £100 million at the current share proce would increase the issued share capital approx 3 fold

A very good positive for the shareprice would be a contract with a major to use JLP technology-something Leon has being hinting at for months.

As predicted the derampers are beginning to circle to talk the shareprice down.
The company is at last generating positive cash flows and appears to be in the process of signing deals with major companies and it's technology being used in respect of more and more metals
It is sad that some can not see the genuine progress here which should lift the shareprice significantly.

There is an old adage-"If you have nothing positive to say you should keep your mouth shut"
Every time RY opens his mouth he makes Amur shareholders poorer.
He appears to have done the same course as the Brexit negotiators

Ever since the licence was granted there is one thing that RY has at least being constant at one thing-disappointing shareholders.
Yet again he has casually kicked the PFS down the track and hinted that someone might be some strategic plan.
The strategic plan is no doubt another "Wonga " type finance deal to pay the salaries of RY and his band of directors.
We were promised the PFS this time last year and now it is due for the release in Q1 next year-whatever that means.
What happened to the media event and the exiting year the shareholders were promised?
Hope RY gets a lot of stick at the AGM and one day is held to account for continually misinforming and misleading the long term shareholders

Most were hoping for 10p,15p or 20p plies.
Once again events have transpired against shareholders-combination of Trump's trade wars,nickel price not good and Lombard selling.
On top of this we have SP Angels trashing the company.
Come on Tech/Glencore -make us a sensible offer for the company which has two projects which could be very lucrative depending on metal prices.
A couple of hundred million is petty cash to you-perhaps even a ************** which will cost virtually zero in terms shareholder dilution.

RYs dictionary states "near term and imminently" means anytime in the next ten years.
To be fair RY did not state in which year the mythical September media week would take place.
See that RY is now actually charging a fee to mislead investors-wonder if he will use the money to but Amur shares

I would not class of £30 million fine as nothing.
Surely you must admit some of the statements RY and other company officers have made have (to be polite) misleading.
1-We were promised the PFS would be issued before last Xmas .Where is it -has R.Y s pigeon got lost in the wilds of eastern Russia
2-In his last interview R.Y made great play of the forthcoming "September Medea Week"-why did it not happen
3-one of his sidekicks promised that it would be a very exciting year -I don't see a further significant reduction in the already rock bottom shareprice as such.
4-Where are the updates on the road,power,inferstructure,smelter etc etc
Surely shareholders should be kept truthfully informed of what is happening within their company

Expect to see quarter four production figures next week-hopefully will be good and give the share a boast well into three figures
