Very interesting that L.C. and C.B read the comments on bulletin boards such as this. Hopefully we will shortly have could news on the BMR saga and Hernic and then perhaps the share price meet start to recover. Unfortunately every time there is a podcast it has the effect of making the share price full further-the boards concern about the level of the share price only seems to reduce it further. A dividend paying share would be a real boast but a dividend from JLP is man years away -

Edzi-Totally agree setting up a business is not easy but my criticism of Colin and Leon appear not to have carried out basic due diligence in relation to checking the validity of the BMR small mining licence. Colin keeps telling us he has decades of experience in the mining industry yet this very basic error was made.. Why the rush to come to the aid of BMR -surely if it was in great difficult the whole company could have been snapped up for virtually nothing and the validity of the licence checked as part of the process. You are correct the share price has been "managed for interested parties" ever since Crede (the long term investor ha ha) appeared on the same. Unfortunately the share price management will continue for the benefit of Riverfort . Based on resource value and prospects share price should be around 20p and not struggling to keep around 5p

Let the further dilution and decrease in the share price commence. One step forward-updated resource -two steps back -Riverfort and Crede. Until a genuine production partner/takeover bidder shows their head above the surface the share price is going no where. Slowly withdrawing my investments in companies that operate in Russia as do not know how far the situation will progress-fortunately losses in Amur covered by profits in Highland Gold. It is clear that many hundreds of millions will be needed to bring this company to production and there is no way Amur can raise this sort of money with it's share price at it's current dire level.A share price of approx �1 would be required to raise the amount of finance required via a combination of share issues and loan How many billion of share would be required to raise the finance at 5p Therefore the only way forward appears to be the involvement of a big player with deep pockets -either Norlisk or a Chinese or Korean company-whatever happened to our MOU with Junchan . This could take two forms-either a complete takeover or an agreement where Amur retain an entitlement to the share of the profit. Can you tell me which part of my post is not factually correct 1-No major investor had come on board 2-Missed deadlines-we were told by RY the PFS would be published before Xmas 3-Crede -The RNS when they first came on board said they were a long term investor 4-The directors have not bought any shares. 5-The lower Riverfort take the shareprice down the more shares they get. I am a very concerned long term shareholder and it is clear RY and his team are failing to deliver any shareholder value

I have held shares for 10 years in this company and I am very disappointed how the company has been run since the grant of the licence. Missed deadlines,broken promises,misleading information (I.e been told Crede were long term investors) and half truths,failure to attract serious investors such at Norlisk and,total lack of investment by directors. Finally entering into another death spiral finance agreement when the first one with Crede was stopped by concerned shareholders. The directors are supposed to deliver value to the shareholders not destroy it

Strange that after all these years R.Y can not get the Russia Federation,Norlisk or Chinese player to invest �1 in this multi billion pound project and continues to enter finance deals which continually bring down the shareprice. He is one of the few CEOs who does not talk about shareholder value in his interviews and is not prepared to invest �1 in the company that continually pays for his no doubt a very comfortable lifestyle. Can see this being eventually sold for a �1 to Norlisk once we have paid for as much as possible before the death spiral financiers finally dilute us so much that no more funds are forthcoming

Yes Mikewozere,it is sad that many aim companies are not run in the interest of the shareholders but to inflate the egos of the CEO. Take Beacon Hill Resources for example -the Directors casually dismissed a takeover offer of 16p and then within a very short time the company went bust

Unless they is a take over bid or a major gets involved soon this share price is going no where. You can draw up all the plans you,chat about the E.v.market or dig more holes in the ground but this will do nothing for the share price especially with Crede and the new lot having millions of shares to offload. What worries me is that RY is not playing with a straight bat and even if there was an informal takeover approach he would not tell the poor old shareholders if he considers it too low or sees the end to his involvement. Remember RY said there had been a cheeky takeover offer when the licence was granted but he did not deem it high enough to present to shareholders. At that time there were a lot fewer shares in issue and people like Crede were not controlling the shareprice. Would not be surprised if this offer was circa 30p to 50p per share

Good news in the RNS concerning the various milestones but why were they not mentioned in the original RNS concerning the Riverfort finance deal. It appears that this withheld information was partly responsible for the fall in the share price a couple of days ago which resulted in some nervous shareholders selling their shares very cheaply and perhaps others benefitting Very bad communication on behalf of the company-all relevant facts regarding the finance arrangement should have been made available at the same time
