A bit disappointing that placing has been carried out at a substantial discount to the current shareprice .-7.5p when the shareprice has recently touched 10p-25% discount-very much mates rates.
Would have been nice if
1-Long term shareholders had been offered the same deal.-as always last to know!
2-Placing should have been down as a premium to the current share price

Amazing share performance over the last 12 months-to think this was sub 2p on the 24 March 2020.
Holding seven figure amount of shares at an average of 3.75p so done well on this one-a lot more to come too

Buys exceeding sells approx 4 to 1 and still no upward share movement

I think an interim dividend is very much on the cards once the interim accounts for the 6 months ending 31st March 2021.
The company has paid interim dividends in the past and have a policy of distributing at least 15% of profits after tax as a dividend.As these profits are likely to be at record levels a significant interim dividend could well be on the cards-4 to 5 cents per share is my guess

No moaning about HZm as shareprice has tripled over the last year and the final “all in one” finance deal is weeks from being signed off.
Also some serious shareholders in HZM including Glencore and large Canadian miner Tech.
Surely no one can be happy with the AMC shareprice performance over the last four years-dilute.shareprice falls and repeat again and again?

Don’t think anything is amiss judging by the Institutional investors recently coming on board.
If you look at Tharisa for example,their share price has been pretty static despite very high PGM prices and increased chrome prices.

Have seven figure shareholdings in both HZM and JLP.
Any joint venture between them would be further icing on two very nice cakes

Tharisa is clearly materially undervalued at this moment in time.
The six monthly production figures at the beginning of April quickly followed by the interim accounts to 31/03/2021 should give a large boast to the shareprice.
Also expecting a bumper interim dividend circa 5 cents

Is it too much to hope that one day we will get the mythical TEO completed report required to take the Kun Maine project forward or will our mining licenses run out before this .?
How long has Young and co allegedly being working on this or the similar predecessor to the TEO report (detailed feasibility study or something similar)

Many years ago this share spiked to 40p and at that time Young hinted there had been some sort of takeover approach-he did not have the courtesy to disclose the amount of the offer or put it to a vote of the shareholders at the time.The Crede theory payback theory would make perfect since in light of this
The offer was probably very much in the interest of private shareholders at the time but not in the interests of Young’s long term job prospects

Why do people always try to talk down a share they do not hold?
Both JLP and THs are going places and hopefully their share prices are going one way.
Institutional investors would not be buying shares in JLP at 13p if they did not see the company as a good bet.
