The consistent presence of copper, up to 0.5% Cu, so far up in the mineralisation is noteworthy but, as previously stated, the Company will not presently seek to incorporate copper into the resource. It is anticipated that a future exploration campaign, post production being achieved, would focus on mineralisation below the current 1,000m resource (and to the East) in order to determine expansion possibilities to enhance the current, 12 year, mine life and potentially seeking to identify a separate thermal event within the system hosting copper feeders.

The general director of Industry of the Government, Galo Gutiérrez, advanced on Thursday that the heads of the Ministry hold meetings with the promoters of two large business projects that seek to settle in the Bierzo Region. During his visit to the City Council of Ponferrada, Gutiérrez explained that one of these initiatives aims to use the facilities of the already closed thermal power plant of Compostilla II, in Cubillos del Sil, while the other is related to the manufacture of components for the automotive sector.

In this regard, the director general pointed out that these projects start from private initiative and stressed that "the role of the Ministry is to accompany with financial support" so that these initiatives materialize in the territory. "We can't invent the projects," Gutiérrez summarized, after touring the facilities of the Tvitec company early in the morning.

In a local key, the director general gave his opinion on the energy transition process and recalled that "there are companies that have been working for many years in this territory." "I think they shouldn't go out of the face," said Gutiérrez, who urged the companies that own the thermal power plants to "assume their commitment to the land" and to "search for projects that can be supported."

@Shed I’m on the fence all the media etc saying Toral will create jobs etc etc it will but will it be Europa developing this. We’ve had no news about drilling other samples being sent etc etc this could be a TO event which when a business is sold you can’t tell anyone. My Dad sold his business last week literally no one could know as part of the deal until it was signed. If this is the case this could be the share holder event. No news until the deal is signed and in high profile deals if anyone gets wind could be deal over. Hence the share price not moving… Makes sense IMO

Next resistance line is 89.6 if it falls through that could be back to 78 then a very tiny line at 66 but more likely back to 48p if those fail GLTA

Waste Rock
Waste rock from initial underground development before backfilling is required, if suitable, will be utilised for construction and for the initial starter wall for tailings facilities.
It is not anticipated that Acid Mine Drainage (AMD) or Metal Leaching (ML) will be a significant issue from the Toral waste rock as the deposit is associated with high acid-consuming carbonates /dolomite. Nevertheless, ore, waste rock and tailings will be the subject of a comprehensive geochemical characterisation study with AMD/ML predictive testwork as part of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and technical studies. Utilisation of waste rock will be determined by these studies.
Any surface placement of waste rock will minimise haul distance; stay within the mine’s lease area; fit the natural terrain and be at sufficient distance from the Sil River to allow water management; avoid archaeological sites and important cultural/tourist sightlines and will not compromise further ore targets. At this stage of the Toral Project’s planning it is anticipated that waste rock will be co- disposed of with process tailings.

Roger I don’t think an investor would look at how many trades a company has per day. If you were an investor who already had a company listed on LSE such as CAML, Red Electrica you wouldn’t go ooo youve only had 2 trades today.
They would look at the asset and go that’s a high grade silver lead zinc asset we want the pay back years to be quicker to get a better return of investment we will buy or invest in the company.
