The main thing is, Fridays news has underpinned the current mcap and will have detracted a number of shareholders putting funds elsewhere. Prior to Fridays news, the mcap was at the lower range of what the company may have been sold.
Yes, from the sounds of it EUA have a little work to do before they obtain the 75%. However, it’s fair to say that with the new level of resource, it’s very unlikely indeed that the company would be sold for just $1b given it’s currently positions with cash, production and EPC contracts.
The share price may or may not move much today, but long term this will be worth more than the current mcap.
