I often read glassdoor to try and get some insights , one interesting one came up recently - it was a customer service representative . (In last week if you sort by recency “can get boring” ) . It said as Thg business gets better and there are less issues and less customer contact there is less work to do so they end up sitting there all day with nothing to do! I mean if that’s the reason there are job cuts then can’t really fault the business! A highlight on a crappy share price day!
