Hi there, has anyone received ingenuity shares in their accounts - I got less than my requested allocation which was also less than my original allocation of 13.4 percent so am slightly confused as why i was not notified of this and how this happened if there was under subscription that went to MM

I think there are 4 x full days and 2 x half days left of trading before the 2nd Jan. Vote is on 27th so not long to wait now for hopefully things to settle!

That makes sense if companies are over valued but on paper Thg is undervalued so this behaviour is definitely odd and aren’t there bigger fish to fry versus Thg at 45p!

Hey Phil , same here. They did say they would be suspended from trading but not magically disappear from the account without a trace , no transaction history or anything. Very weird!

This is all about risk reward and time. DTC is growing and ingenuity provides a platform for brands distribution. A few years ago SoftBank valuation had this valued at 4.5 billion - may have been over valued and in more boom times but it does show there is a significant gap between value now in the demerger and potential . You don’t invest now you won’t have the option in future unless comes back to market. I have been here 4 years plus and am ready to stick out a few more years to see where they can take ingenuity! Anyone on here persuading themselves that it’s better to stay in remainco good for you but I think a few of you are looking for confirmation you have made the right decision. I would say if you have a few years to hold staying in may have more upside than downside!

Just for all legitimate holders sakes, I would say to you all what ever decisions you make over the next week based it on the true information available in the documents. What you shouldn’t do is take note of the positive or negative sentiment as it’s confusing. apps OSG sadly has shown histories colours. He’s a player in all this . U used to respect his info but recently note the lack of inconsistency around his view points. Do your own diligence always!

Is NCC business you mention making 50m a year profit? How is Terry L contacts and experience helping NCC. Think smoke and mirrors. Also the 49 percent and reason for rejection of Apollo is definitely a major talking point . Not saying it’s 100 percent but at this stage reads more tbg than ncc

Highly recommend watching the video . It seems to obvious and so I don’t think they can post a video like that if not moving asap. As would create interest and won’t want that before making offer before share price rose , not sure if they have to wait until after demerger but seems like there is some genuine potential of something happening

The experience and people he hinted at were FMCG and quoted his experience. Did not seem NCC related. Thg keeps 51 percent of Myprotein if they were thinking of targeting them. And as someone mentioned clears the debt and splits the companies into three to realise value. It is too coincidental that team all coming together

The drag and tag along rights seem ok for minority holders based on feedback I have had!

Thanks 1pencil. So if I opt for ingenuity I will receive non crest share certificate and I can hold hat or send off to a broker listed as per 404 under Jenkins when/ if want to sell?

For those of you selecting to keep some in ingenuity what broker will you be using to hold them?
