I don’t think Kelso have enough funds, even Selkirk at the 1billion should not be able to pick off Myprotein as that is way to cheap . Ingenuity maybe if they were looking.

Haveinthelasttoast or Steve whomever you prefer. You are quoting stats that are being measured based on online right? Do we know how that number is changing/growing due to offline sales? It’s clear online shrunk while offline growing so these customer numbers you quote are not going to be the norm to use in the future as a way of evaluating customer growth. That being said they need to come up with a way we can determine that for future reporting

How are they able to do this ? Surely there is more buying at this level versus selling so how do they allow big funds to invest ie where are the shares coming from

? My only thought is the larger shorters bought up shares overtime and are now/ or recently been selling them hard in the market now to allow a good exit and other buyers can buy on the cheap . Any help in understanding how this works with examples would be greatly appreciated

I think buying in experience to move to the next level is key although I think part of that is bringing in the new non executive directors over last few years. In addition having people who know the business inside out does help as more passionate about success, I know many ceo who have hired in new people but not had the same drive on the business as the original or people within the business that have been there xx years as they are loyal to the success. That being said I do think having some fresh experience and leadership to help scale US is going to be critical to significant growth

OB i did think that would make sense . As the fall doesn’t make sense . But with little experience of how this is possible . Anyone care to share how it can get pained down for entrants to get stock when others are buying also . Or are we just not seeing forced seller numbers down here until the EOD trades ?
