Even if it was close to sorted at the weekend, it would still need to be final reviewed by everyone before release which would have unlikely 100 percent be possible by everyone over weekend as so many involved.

Firstly I’m disappointed in share price and of course the delta. However, after going through legal due diligence before, you can not exactly predict a definite date for completion especially with so many legal teams likely involved - it’s a nightmare getting everyone together on calls to review etc (especially something so significant) - what we do know is everyone has a deadline to get this sorted by end of year for a clean 2025 so there will be some urgency on this in the background.

Assuming for Boohoo - new investors coming in so if they want in you need to pay a premium. For THG its existing investors suffering and maybe not objecting to a lower price to bring down averages? Also THG did (albeit for min period) offer it to retail investors too, whereas Boohoo didnt.

Agreed timing here definitely feels orchestrated potentially. You want to hope something good is going to happen but I think as always “jam tomorrow” is soemthing we have been dealt over and over . Still wondering if crafty is Iain and hence why not been on since Selkirk news etc

Anyone excited about q4 . Matt said beauty should have a cracker with this and ingenuity having ebitda margins at growing levels anyone excited by the potential of the results . On top of this I’m hoping the revenue rebound is happening on Myprotein based on the September (2nd highest sales month) info provided. Let’s hope the uk low inflation rate means people spending heavily over the next few months 🙏

Yeah the MyProtein branding is definitely much better. And after all the grief of the never ending rebrand I would say it looks better than AN. It’s annoying as my local David Lloyd supply AN at the till and I have to look at it everytime I buy something . Why isn’t MYProtein in this gym . It is a good profile fo customer to have!
