Atleast makes Wednesday interesting . If a further relationship with Frasers is announced on 25th , Frasers probably buying in now aggressively before then….also always believed they would want this under 32 until agm so looks a good deal for CLN

There is some minor change minimum every month, I would get that for one month but two in a row for last few years when has changed every month ? I just think this is odd . It does say if something happening they could/would delay an update but maybe I’m just clinging to this possibility

I still haven’t had a reasoned answer on why total voting rights has not been updated for last two months . They were very regular over last few years except one month before the Demerger which makes sense as an event happening . Anyone have any ideas or seen this before . If it was just one month could have been a mistake or clumsiness but two months seems odd and also correlated to Mike buying, the offer and the share price being pushed as far as it can be , any ideas ?

I would agree buying revb opens up an interesting move into beauty and would play into a move on Thg beauty or the partnership you mention below . Think THg defo want to open beauty up in bricks n mortar and this partnership makes sense with regards to this

As much as i dont have a clue of whats happening behind the scenes if anything and so far all indicators are its not good for us retail investors. I have to say the last few days have been blatant manipulation and it makes me want to do something about it. Join me in putting the pressure on FCA. Well if it doesn’t continue past tomorrow, then it does confirm this is getting manipulated to its end game . Not complaining about staying in if we have, but very disappointed that it feels true that this is being pushed and pulled where bigger players want it for their end game .

Will soon know tomorrow. If it was a ftse 250 thing to stay in , we will see it get pushed down after, if it’s not and agm related then should see the volume continue

Well spotted . But they do seem to have a good track record of updating - didn’t in December I assume due to ingenuity demerger. I didn’t notice last month so potentially same reason stands?

One of the reasons voting rights may not be posted on the first working day of the month if they are regulars - “The company may be in a closed period or subject to disclosure restrictions due to ongoing negotiations or events” we can only hope get all the negative energy today!
