Starfighter - most of the directors bought October 31 2024 and then Matt obv did the 60 milllion since then. Going through a company sale isn’t a short process. As soon as the LOI or discussions start they would have been in a closed period. I imagine it started at beginning of this year after ingenuity was sorted. They also said at the agm that none of the director purchases seem to ever make an impact on price , so why do we think that’s the answer now ?

Luxs, when were you expecting the director purchases to happen. It’s been in a closed period ever since they would have signed a LOI to sell Claremont, and now closed due to interims and potentially other sales of LOB. So MM maybe trying to take this private but directors haven’t been able to buy
