I’m presuming from reading the rns, that the 11th February will in effect be the declaration date, so if you want the special dividend, and providing it gets shareholder approval, you’ll need to be on the register on that date. Payment on 26th February.

Quite funny reading these posts today.... for what it’s worth, I generally sell a stock the day after ex dividend date. The settlement date is 2+ days later so I am guaranteed the dividend payment, which typically goes into my isa 2 weeks later, but sometimes upto 8 weeks later.... even though I’m no longer a shareholder.

As previously mentioned I will be retaining some shares in BRH into January 2021 as it would appear we have more good news to follow... GLA and enjoy your dividend!

We will get a few days like this in the run up to drilling, Its easy picking this low fruit. I cant wait for the day when the Icemax leaves freeport heading for the drill site....I wonder what the derampers do with themselves in a few days time?

Hi Chumba, I also dipped in and out at b&m for the 29p dividend. Again I did it within the Isa, but the best thing about that trade, for me anyway, was that I bought in 3 days pre ex div date and sold one day after ex div date for exactly the same Share price amount.. ie the share price didn’t drop straight away by the 29p dividend amount.... it’s a shame they aren’t all like that!
