I must correct you on me investing in USA. I’m invested in the best companies taking on the biggest things with kick-ass leadership dominating the globe. They happen to be in USA.

We ought to be trying to figure out why that is, but the government is too busy raising taxes to bother with business, or job creation. You know, how those taxes are paid.

Investing in UK has become 100% political, and international investors don’t like the politics.

The UK economy recorded no growth in the 12 months to July. Meanwhile the debt burden increased significantly and continues to do so.

Eventually this will succumb to the macro.

SpaceX new 50 MHz bandwidth buy from Echostar went from leasing and partnering with T-mobile for one lane of bandwidth for upload and one for download for direct to cellphone to six lanes each way or 9 lanes for download and 3 for upload and the own ten of those lanes outright. In March 2025 let them increase power by 8.5 times which is like allowing them to have many times the traffic going each way. The Version 3 satellites will be five times bigger and have thousands of beams and they will move close to the earth for far better signal and again more bandwidth. Having 40,000 satellites only 300 kilometers from earth instead of 60 at 600-900 kilometers will give SpaceX dominating super 5G coverage everywhere for everyone on the planet. SpaceX can offer direct to cell services without partners on the new bandwidth that they own. SpaceX themselves said the throughput (comm speed) will go up 20 times and the capacity (how many users) will go up 100 times. SpaceX will own most of global communications and full 5G everywhere.

Part of the agreement, the license for 50 MHz of S-band spectrum in the United States and global Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) licenses, will allow SpaceX to develop a second-generation Starlink Direct to Cell constellation capable of delivering full 5G connectivity to unmodified cell phones.

Summer apathy allowing stock to gently drift up. When Rachael raises taxes in the autumn killing growth, the deficit keeps growing and bond auctions start to fail, excitement will resume.
