Their strategy to pay down debt is also not sustainable. They will run out of things to sell at a loss long before the debt is paid down. The smaller company left will have to borrow again to keep paying a div, or they could stop investing in the business.

Either way, it’s not a good company prepared for a future where they are getting disrupted, and they don’t even realise it.
