Imo there’s a lot of room for the price to go up atm and with poo poised to rise I expect those targets of 3.50 to be triggered by june if not higher. The corona tide is turning in the western world. Once some aid comes for India it will be all systems go.

Buffett says he has no issue owning Chevron, other fossil fuel companies

Responding to a question about growing criticism of fossil fuel companies, Warren Buffett said he had no issue owning Chevron and expected the company to be a benefit to society in the future even as the world moves toward more renewable energy.

“People who are on the extreme of both sides are a little nuts. I would hate to have all hydrocarbons banned in three years. It wouldn’t work. And on the other hand, what’s happening will be adapted to over time,” he said.

Buffett pointed out that, while he and Munger have sworn off tobacco stocks, they have owned retailers who sell cigarettes.

“There’s something about every business that, if you knew it, you wouldn’t like ... if you expect perfection in your spouse or in your friends or in companies, you’re not going to find it,” he said.

Unless you’re in the IT industry I’d tread carefully I know many in the industry who’ve already turned the product down based on what it does and cost. Also do some research on the ipo the company is loss making. If you actually delve deep into the product it doesn’t offer anything amazing.

Don’t get sucked into the tech hype with this one the original share holders are basically cashing out.

Provides a service that basically a system admin does for 50k or so a year and not a great job at that.

I just think between now and Q2 there's a lot of macro economic events that could happen obviously anything can happen but, with lower rates for longer, India variant potential wave 3 lock down in autumn courtesy of SAGE pushing it I think the price could probably dip back 5-10% in that time frame.

Obviously could do the total opposite and go to 50p quite quickly but with tnav at 52p I think a discount will remain till the covid picture clears.

What does every think share price wise in the next few months. I think after fantastic set of results and continuous rise upward it maybe time to crystalize some gains or my case losses. I'm just not sure after being stuck in this for over 3 years if a sustained recovery in the short term will happen longer term few years yes.

Maybe bp should tell their trading division to invest in Bitcoin lol I don’t really know what it’s going to take at the moment. We haven’t seen a 5-10% rise day in a while and today’s results definitely warranted one.

I personally think a divi hike would of sent a better message of confidence to the market even if it was just a few cents like bump us up to 7 cents.
