Bobtree - we haven't seen blocks of 3m being bought.
Some or most of the MM's also operate separate trading desks.
It could be that one is accumulating a significant long position.

We don't know that all the 3m sells are by the same person, but there has been a pattern
of orderly disposal at around 0.42p
There are only 3 entities with a notified holding of more than 216m.
Two of those are directors and the other is Hansource.
We know that the Hansource shares were apparently put up for sale.
Despite Hansource being reinstated, we can't be sure of their current shareholding.

Tonlin - 216m since May 23.
3.9% of the company if it's the same entity.

Bobtree - if someone has sold 216m shares, then I am very interested in why.

Followed 1 minute later by a 3,320,620 trade.
That could possibly signal the end of their selling.

AW has previously built some significant positions in other AIM explorers.

K3VMC - I was going by the information on the company website yesterday.
In the morning it stated that MG had 230m.
Later on that day it had been changed to 206m.
I assumed it was an update. Perhaps it was to correct a mistake.

We now know that approx 24m sells have come from Marcus Garvie after yesterdays website update.
I'm guessing he sold into the recent spikes to realise some profits. Fair play to him.

lol - I see the website has reduced Marcus Garvie's shareholding down to 3.77% since this morning.

Dewhurst - this stock is in an accumulation phase. Despite what Real posts, he is actually acquiring shares either for himself or for his paymasters. It's in their interest for the shareprice to stay as low as possible for as long as possible until they have got their allocation.
His deramping attempts are to sow seeds of doubt in current and potential shareholders to keep the price low.
This activity is normal for AIM stocks.
Believe it or not, in the final analysis, Real is on the same side as us, as he wants to make a lot of money from a higher shareprice in the future.

JTS13 - if CS has still got 161m shares, then his holding is 2.94%,
so just under the 3% reporting level.

Thanks K3VMC, but he had been diluted to below 4% since then by the April placing.
He then increased his holding to 230m taking him through 4%.
So we should actually have had two TR1's. One when he was diluted to below 4% and
then another one when he increased to 230m taking him back through 4%.
