Alpha - my Spreadex contracts rolled over some time this afternoon.
Coincidentally, my IG December contracts also expire today but I think they always
get rolled over after hours this evening.

onefcc - not sure if your having a pop at the platforms or the users, but spreadbetting is a very
tax efficient way to indirectly own shares if you've used up your ISA allowance as I have.

Note that Spreadex December contracts will rollover tonight.

At last we've got a gold target to look forward to from the TPI presentation.
250,000 oz in Q1 2019.

bob - a shareholder with a notifiable shareholding has to report this to the company within 2 trading days.

lol, are you now suggesting that Miton are deliberately ignoring their reporting obligations !

According to TP at 26:50 in the presentation "they took the vast majority" of the placing.
Let's wait and see what Gervais Williams says when he gets back.

A TR1 showing support by Miton can only help the shareprice.

I'm fairly sure that TP have got this wrong.
There is a 10% trigger point for non-listed company holdings but it's 3% for AIM listings.

In the Q & A session at the end, it was mentioned that Miton don't have to
disclose their shareholding until they reach 10% because they are a fund.
I've never heard of this before. I thought they had to disclose
at 3% like everyone else and then at 1% intervals.
Anyone got any knowledge of the requirements as I can't find anything in the AIM rules.

safety - the tin credit is included as a credit on page 4 of the FID.
I would have preferred for it not to have been included as the tin price and
the production level are variables just the same as the tungsten.
I suspect it was done to make the project running costs look as low as possible.

safety - good post but a couple of points.
Current selling price for the WRES product is approx $230.
The tin is included in the $94 opex therefore it's not an "extra" that will help pay off the debt.
The tourmaline is an extra that's not included in the opex or any of the financial forecasts.

Serenus - the website hasn't been updated - Bushveld is still listed as Evraz Vametco in the North West section.

I had mistakenly got both Niketo and Captor down as both being concurrent shareholders.

Only a few weeks earlier Niketo took part in a placing which took them to 17%.

The fact that URU subsequently sold their Niketo shareholding doesn't change
Niketo's shareholding in URU.

I was updating my notes and noted the discrepancy.
Perhaps I'm missing something here, but it looks like either the webiste is in error
or Niketo have sold out and not issued a TR1.

Does anyone know if Niketo still own 17% ?
They're not listed as a substantial shareholder on the company website and I can't find a TR1.

K3VMC - on the 3rd Oct I supplied information relating to the Hansource holding
being put up for sale which could be seen if you had DMA.
You then posted the following which indicated that you accepted this.

"ok, maybe there was a loan agreement between Hansource and another,
where the temporary holder was paid 18m shares for their services? (I would have done it for 10m!!)

That could explain why Hansource did not have the shares to let HMG get their
hands on them, but does not help us with our seller.

Actually, could Hansource shares be in shorters' hands now?
Maybe someone shorting, but not declaring to the FCA?

K3VMC - I seem to recall that you accepted that the Hansource holding was put up for sale.
Why are you so sure that none were sold ?
