L200 - CS is a lth who I think is quite rightly, a bit pi55ed off with the delays and dilutions over the last 5 years.

A director can't deal if he's in possession of price sensitive info or within a certain period of time before the release of financial results.
After any period of time after a director share transaction, if he then receives price sensitive info, he has to release it. So if he gets the gold results tomorrow, then it gets RNS'd.

Only 2 trades this week so far.

So there was a requirement for Charles Scott to declare a change in holdings below 3% or above 4%.
His 161m holding has been subsequently diluted below 3% but we haven't had a TR1 from him.
Either he has failed to issue a TR1 or he has bought more to maintain his %age of just over 3%.
