Yes always feel guilty maybe getting you into AGQ....yes its been doing well,recovered towards about 18p there from the low teens,of course its easier when you've been far down,an article on Market Oracle saying silver is breaking out but again it had got low.Yes we still need about x2 to b/e but with most miners the choices were- 1. sell,taking huge losses 2. sit tight 3. buy more,try to fight the drop by averaging down none of these very attractive in a 2 year so far mining bear market...

Jibbo's CNR I knew had been rising but really surprised and pleased not just for him doing well here,but some of the miners need to lead us out the 18-month tunnel and that one is really doing that.Hurrah!

Yes JT is very kind to us doing that,or there'd be no VPF competition! On CNE I take no pleasure in knocking them.They do now have a wider more balanced set of prospects rather than the previous just a CI/Greenland mostly portfolio.These new places -any of which might come up bigtime.I suppose yes long termers like getting big payouts though yes some or most is their own money not new money really.

interesting Jib's ones are recovering.I posted earlier on RRR in the week after reading a book about cycles and sector progressions.They worked out we are now "early cycle" with utilities then financials taking their turn as they are/or have.Miners/basic materials last did well in H2/2010 so their turn comes in late expansion" a bit to go but it seems signs of life reappearing maybe ? I want Jib to do better for selfish reasons not to dish Prar who is great at this game as it might set me up too with my own mining shares lol.

my oils are doing better.XEL has good heavy oil flows at Bentley in the North Sea.AEX has hit good gas flows with much more forecast off the coast of Tanzania..
