Seeing HAS doing so well is a boost for us all as hopefully the market might follow.Yes I knew FBT would "win" the horror award this week,probably for a while more too,they are a company capable of net losses after getting 25% up pre-tax profits-they said "running costs were high"-are they allegedly junketing too much then ? Nice if you can get it.Yes I'd be raging if I held those shares.AMER is some share for JT! Yes JT I'm glad I helped to dissaude you from both RRR and AFE- who lost 4 directors including the peerless MP my hero for 4 years.We were shaken to the core by their news yesterday.AIM is really getting beyond a joke,and JT's ex-CNE money is in the best place-not in shares!

now a disastrous fund raising for AFE with a placing and an 4p OO again,which I can't afford to take up.My shares are heavily diluted now,much of hoped for future gains going down the plug hole.Worst news there for up to 3 years! £$%£""%!!!! Shares going down rapidly to worst SP's since 2009.

Now those figures are 5% for the VPF and 61% for FBT.A disaster! Getting thermals and starvation rations ready for moving back to my "favourite place" lol.

in figures +6.9% now for my VPF which once was up at +11%, and FBT at only 63% trying for the weekly horror share award.Yes another ATC for my collection! Appear to be making better decisions now.Greenland,S.Atlantic less,N.Sea, Med more.I still think unloading a secure income in India wasn't good for shareholders longer term.Of course, yes that's why I'm not an oil £illionaire and just an non -entity lol.

I'll be returning to Chez Fred on Friday,you have no worries,my FBT is becoming this years' ATC arghhh! Made 25% more pre tax profits but still losses increased overall.

So shareholders are breaking even so far,but in fact their OWN money has effectively been returned to them,so they are less exposed to CNE having less cash value in the company.Is that correct ?

Noticing a fall this week.Still fail to see anything but a waste of $1bn in Greenland drilling of "frozen dusters" the last 2 years.The selling of a large slice of India hasn't paid off yet.They attempted to disguise this by focusing elsewhere and trying to farm out to others.Yes of course they will find oil in the Eastern Med. and have plenty money left.Do the CNE shareholders still feel they are personally in profit overall since the S/D ?

Can't see me retaining 2nd place this week,Jibbo and JT would need disastrous falls otherwise lol.The mostly reliable 3 or 4 shares in the middle have let me down,My smokers though are living as they were meant to be,when all around others were dying! FBT just failed miserably,they have success and strongly rising sales but keep it secret due to confidentiality agreements in their contracts-so a bad choice there.Well maybe we all have at least one lead balloon ?

with my FBT getting down even lower and trying for this weeks' nightmare share,and others too,the miracle of being 2nd in the VPF will be very temporary.Best stock up on Travelodge goodies quickly!

I said weeks ago it was possible for someone-not me-to win this by over 100%,but that would only be in event of a mining boom,and probably Jibbo would be the one.There isn't any consistent miner I can see anywhere in the FTSE All Share or AIM which can maintain any progress this year so far.Oils the smaller ones began better but are getting stuck now.My new oils are as bad as my old miners.Yes we are all down except Prar' so good competition,I'm still amazed at his choices and getting a milk takeover was staggering,why wasn't it Dairy Crest which was once my most often held share and once the market leader ? Unbelievable.

Again you were sensible unlike me in not unloading any money you had spare at the beginning of this year even when for a while a few oils looked good.Not now oils are.I now have several smaller amount losers to add to previous others,lol.From now on until any of these fire up I shall have a lock and key on even any spare 1p! It isn't the end of course,things could go either way,but I think there will be further chapters of Greece,Portugal and so on.And Iran,Syria etc etc.,China though appears the worst for miners at the moment.As you scan the boards you will of course see a few boasting about their gains,but you never hear about their losses.With the VPF I am down from a peak of 11% a week ago.If any of the other competitors are up you are doing really well these days.Still confident good well researched shares will come good but it might take a long while.AGQ for example despite the disastrous falls this week.The market seems to expect great news all the time,it isn't possible so in news-less times the SP gets cut for no reason.SQZ which I sold for a small profit a few weeks ago was a good example it shot up then slumped back,for no apparent reason.Was even tipped by IC along the way lol.

CNE don't seem to mind,they think they must take risks by spending high to discover more oil-possibly also handouts to shareholders are included in the losses ? Farming out to Statoil and others should reduce risks,CNE do the exploration while Statoil etc. do the drilling.

JT's disappeared since just after he found he was 4th here-last ? I said to make him feel better I didn't mind occupying that h£ll-hole lol.Had plenty practice for over a year.Anyway not clear what you mean about CNE-the presentation is good though,I can say from my own research that Melville Bay is a potential winner!
