the new tax year starts
Anyway, the really exciting time doesn't start until tomorrow, so there's no reason to lose any hope now!
Keving23,
good point! Could that be true ?
Irish,
'our yummy mummy' LOL I love your humour
But it could also mean that she wants to concentrate all her energy on a new project... So I don't necessarily see this as a bad sign, rather the opposite.
The good thing about the current situation is that we can't trade anyway, we just can keep our fingers crossed and hope that we will see a happy ending after all.
It would be a pleasure for me to take part in this exchange of admiration.
Hi Irish,
They can apply for an extension? Did I miss something or is this new ?
So you guys think Kilkenny Limited (as an existing AAOG shareholder) is in the pipeline to launch a takeover bid ? How credible are these speculations?
Feeling a slight euphoria right now LOL
What answer do you expect to this question? No one can know. The fact is, we have a deadline and it's not far away. Until then, we have to keep our fingers crossed and hope. According to the rumors, negotiations about a takeover seem to be underway at least....
One of our main shareholders (Premier Miton Group) reached a high of his share today (over the last 6 months) ... Perhaps it doesn’t mean anything, but maybe it’s related to the takeover negotiations of AAOG.
Hi Highlander47,
Nice to read you again...
Due to the completion of an inquiry of public utility or why? Isn’t this just a simple formal act?
As an Insider, have you heard any rumors about a possible takeover of AAOG?
At least one can rule out that any attempt at market manipulation can be excluded as the course is suspended anyway. So I think that the information could be right…. However, a lot can still happen until April.
AW,
How reliable is your source? I wonder though if Finncap would be involved in the negotiations....
Nevertheless, thanks for the information.
I'm afraid we won't find out anything until next year. If we were close to an RTO, management wouldn’t have put that comment in the last PR : “There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to complete a Reverse Takeover during the six month suspension period.”
well done Mouse, hopefully you will at least get some feedback.
CP,
Thanks for the correction... I still think it would have at least an indirect impact on Miton's stock price then. But all this is pure speculation at this point anyway.
Since Miton is a major shareholder, an upcoming RTO might be reflected in their share price....
Miton's share price is still on a strong upward trend!
AAOG went into suspension
Indeed, keeping an eye on Milton's stock price is probably not such a bad idea.
