Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Where do we get the money from?
its alive :-)
A question for those familiar with the AIM rules, is there any deadline after which AAOG will be definitively wound up and we shareholders can forget about our shares?
Shouldn't we get an official PR ?
There could be a resurrection :
'The Company continues to assess other opportunities in the natural resources sector. As above, it remains the intention of the board to re-admit the Company's shares to trading upon exercise of the Option or once it has found another suitable business with which to partner. '
can anyone explain what exactly is happening now with our stocks? will they be converted automatically or do we shareholders have to take action?
Let's be relieved now that it's not over tomorrow. As I understand it, all this could be a positive thing. Since AAOG will continue to exist for the time being, the chat will of course not be closed.
On exercise of the Option AAOG would also become a party to the JOA.
as far as I can see, we may be safed!
So exciting today ... Hopefully with a good ending
It ain't over till the fat lady sings!
So that's it now, the week of the decision ... the last bit of hope is fading though ... I was actually quite convinced that the RTO would be achieved. There were some indications in favor of it ... Can Sarah breathe life into AAOG again?
@macgerry,
Do you still stand by what you said yesterday?
Then the shareholders should have been informed... They haven't done that yet, so there is still hope.
In the next 17 days, for sure...
CP, thank you for this explanation and rectification
I know that some here disagree with me, but I am still convinced that any events at AAOG should reflect in the share price of Premier Miton Group PLC. And there have been significant (positive) price movements for several days now. Whether this is related to AAOG remains to be seen.
OMG.... This is not about us simple shareholders, but AAOG as a potential takeover candidate (the tax is the remaining asset)
