They did sell £2M worth. Will have to see regarding ability to develop the assets themselves. If they can’t then your scenario of no offer or a low offer would likely be right.

However, the prospect of a dual listing is positive. Will have to see what they say during the webinar because if the purpose of a dual listing is to raise funds for developing the assets then potential buyers will have a limited window of time to make an acceptable offer.

Alternatively, why not dual list and develop the assets if acceptable offers aren’t made by a cut off date?

Also, shouldn’t the BoD be keen to get the AGM done asap so that the authority to issue shares can be voted on in relation to the warrants? If we don’t get a date for this next week it begs the question as to what’s the hold up.

Saw this last month - closing date of today for applications to bid for this license and then it looks like they start accepting offers in an auction on 25/09, closing on 26/09.

B1ll, £2.07M was sold. Value of unsold concentrate was £3.5M in November.

Could go either way. No going concern and we’re in for a kicking SP wise and could be in trouble. Will be weird if that happens given the delay but can’t rule it out.

On the other hand if they’ve managed to resolve that and we’re funded for the next 12 months then I think things are a lot brighter.

Worth mentioning that the going concern basis in the last accounts is at least 12 months from the date when the financial statements are authorised for issue (see auditor comments).

Couple of parts of the forum this week are dedicated to cooperation with India and also China. Below mentioning India’s interest in the mining sector which has been covered before.

I know Kola isn’t in the Far East and there’s no link to EUA before Offler’s tenuous link alert system goes off 🚨🚨🚨. Might be positive though if any mining deals area signed involving China or India this week.
