If you get RNS early June or earlier about Licence extension and Rig confirmation, you be looking at 200% to 300% re-rate in Double quick time.

Having just read all RNSs from 16 Jan 23, it looks like company is finally getting ready for Q3 drill with advanced discussions with one Rig owner. Rig assessment already underway to be completed shortly.

Company is also in discussions with various partners for "Asset-level" financing who have all signed NDAs - while waiting for BGFI outcome which can come anytime.

Govt officials were probably flown to IOM for granting Farm-Out approval. Registrar present would be required to register transfer of "Working Interest" in lets say Block XX and may be also for Block V.
