GDR have developed 2 great products that should attract the attention of BIG PHARMA to take GDR under their wings. Cannot see GDR staying independent for too long. They have their Global network to launch both AIHL and Stroke tests to sell them Worldwide. Thats my view and investment rationale here.

250k Buyer was no mug and probably factored in the biggest Price catalysts yet to come and took position accordingly.

Price has been floating around 21 - 22 pence for a while now.

Two things. First shares can be issued at higher price also to Riverfort if VWAP remains higher.

Second - with initial NICE recommendation for Stroke tests, we could also see a Collaboration deal with a bigger player showing interest. Defo possible, no issues either way. Looking at the bigger picture. Also FDA update would be the biggest Catalyst here.

Yes. Its a combination of reasons as different investors and traders are driven by their own targets / investment goals. Still bit of an overreaction in my view. Thought might drop to 5.50 ish....but as i said earlier this one always overshoots in both directions. Would expect cool heads to prevail and this should recover quickly.

Yes. MATD can be volatile but buyers also know the risk vs Huge rewards here.
