Interestking, I think your credentials are pretty good. I also used to trade tech stocks on Nasdaq 10 years ago. Wish I never sold my Netflix...and Microsoft too early. Unfortunately this will drift lower in coming weeks in my view while we wait for news on any new JV deal OR financing....all takes time. Typical AIM....there is no patience about. For LTH, one option is to sit tight and hope for the best. Traders will do what they normally do with any other share on AIM.

With currency collapsing and interest rates jacked up to 60% now from 45%....waiting for IMF bailout....the economy is in trouble. This company should be pulling out of Argentina, I would have thought? Imagine interest rate at 60% in UK?.....would be Armageddon here.

There won't be any clarification RNS either next week in my opinion unlike as some have been suggesting here this week. Company already made it clear last Friday, that they have recommenced talks with 'third parties'..... These talks will take quite some time....not an overnight job this.

Vs Revenues valued circa £5m. Revenues at 3x of MCap ??? ...should be other way round I think. Just 2 recent contracts: £360,000 £3,500,000 Anybody know value of other 4 contracts...let's put an arbitrary figure of £1m combined for all 4 for now. Expect lot more contracts to come on stream as year goes by. This will now get even more media coverage. Telegraph article is excellent start.

BT is the one this company is taking market share away from... BT more likely to be the Predator / Acquirer, if TOOP becomes too much of a threat to them.

They started out as providers to SME....proved their Technology and now going after the Big Fish. Clue is in the contract size. Previous one was £360k....,yesterday's contract about 10x at £3.5m....get it !!!

Well if price is 1.5p Monday, then they can place new shares at 1.20 - 1.25 range next week easy in my view.

Ironic, You need to chillax dude. I only pointed out the obvious yesterday with valid reason. Placing could be at the higher end now that they got authorisation to issue new shares. Would have been extremely reckless if Directors did not raise funds now for working capital and expansion growth in my opinion. Once cashed up, this will boom ahead coz they picked a niche gap and will take much bigger market share away from BT. BT might even buy Out TOOP outright if it becomes too much of a threat to them. Cheaper to Take Over a company with advanced platform already in place. Either way Good Luck & best wishes.
