But your comment, that there could be 2nd party sitting at the table?....hence they used term 'third parties' in the RNS seems wrong. I am not questioning your IQ...that's why I said you are bit off track there.

True, name will only be confirmed once they sign the agreement. But Mike Buck did say, that DQE has got about 7 Rigs on the go during drill season next door to Block XX. To me it's a matter of which Rig is available the earliest to be offered to MATD for Block XX drills.

Jim, Think you are off track there... First party is BPC, 2nd party is Macquarie who will be connecting with 3rd parties now for broader asset-based discussions. How long will that take?....have no idea. This is in addition to ongoing funding talks....at what price? Again we don't know. May be BPC used the recent price rise to have background funding secured at a higher price?.....to be in a stronger position to negotiate deal terms? May be that back fired and p1ssed off the major and they walked out?...who knows. Lot of speculation at this stage, as we don't have any further details. Just my opinion.

Agree. Timing of AGM seems very interesting. Friday was kind of a reminder after original AGM notification was given on 24 July.

Yes, traditionally, AGM are for approving accounts & passing of certain Resolutions.

However there are Ordinary resolutions and then there are 'Special' resolutions.

Will be interesting to see what falls under this 'Special' resolutions category, if they do propose some.

Block XX farm-in is defo a good shout.

Current share price is NOT pricing in ANY upside from the 6 drills yet....otherwise Pre-Spud price for Snow Leopard would have been much higher given they are fully funded. I see a temporary 10% drop in such a scenario, but quickly bought into for Wild Horse spud which immediately follows Snow Leopard. Wild Horse is also 5x bigger target than Snow Leopard and also on Wood Mackenzie Top 20 drills to watch for world wide.

4p is just the CASH value.

However strike on ANY drill changes the whole equation....Farminees also jump in.

At 8.6p share price....my risk is spread across 6 paid drills @ 1.43p per drill.

That is the cheapest of the cheapest on AIM that you will ever find in terms of Risk v Rewards.

If major was still interested, then why did they not just add few words like.....exclusivity period ends but talks continue??? Instead they are now going back to 'Other' parties ??? With respect to Macquarie...as some suggest could be disagreement on WI deal terms, etc. You do not need Macquarie to hold your hand....Potter as CEO should be educated enough to see deal terms himself....can he not?.....we don't even know if any deal terms were offered, or exact reason here?

Proselenes, I share your thoughts. Generally speaking MMs take the price down to cover their exposure before RNS. They were short at the end of day and bought back 9999 @ 8.60 (UT trade) which was above the Ask price.
