Based on current Revenue run rate. And MCap is £7.48m No brainer.....just got some. £4.5m revenue for just 4 months is ahead 3x folds of the £1.5m for same period in 2017.

That's true given that Newmont now own c.20% directly of OMI.

Uruguay would defo be additional good news with Newmont on board now. Year high of 18.125 could then be within reach much earlier than previously anticipated.

Spike, What you on about?... That is effectively the Farm-In agreement. They call it Exploration & Option Agreement. * $30m spend for 75% Ownership Interest. Broken down in 3 phases. You deramp on every share I seen you in....same modus Operandi....using the usual balance & clarity card...

At end of Phase1, Newmont would own 51%.

Spike912, Are we all not speculating? This is a hugely attractive recovery stock after dropping from 18p last Sep. AND Cheap Vs peers. Newmont already own 20% Equity now. Drilling to recommence soon. Already high Gold grades. Deposit was just too big for OMI to develop alone. Newmont taking over and we can enjoy our FREE 20% carry to production.

Yep. Newmont deal speaks for itself. Newmont bought in @ 102% premium....remember. They spotted extremely undervalued Gold deposit and went in. Had to pay premium to block any of their competitors getting in. Newmont & Barrick Gold compete for high value Gold deposits worldwide to keep their crown position.

Hector, Not true. I said real value driver for Bpc is to drill and discover the oil. But for that need to secure the farmout deal first. Rest we know.....For that I was marked down as deramper....LoL
