Ruyi customer base is massive. There is bound to be Multiple deals coming our way soon after Ruyi have secured their controlling stake in BAGR very soon. Will not be surprised if get one deal announced this week for starters.

Confirms why Newmont is all over Colombia and the extensive 'High grade' Gold mineralisation of the 'Middle Cauca' belt. Newmont have done their due diligence and damnn well know what they sitting on.

In the 19th century, Colombia was the world's largest gold producer. Currently Peru, Colombia's neighbor to the south, produces about 210 tons of gold per year from the metal rich Andean Cordillera. Three mineral belts of the Andean Cordillera extend through Colombia.

Also that 12 year period seems to be distraction, may be to keep price low? Newmont would have rest of the 90% area drilled in no time.....1-2 years Max. Imo. They normally have 5-7 Rigs on the go at the same time. Besides, OMI would be bought out long before the full 100% of Anza land acreage is drilled up. I do not see OMI as an independent company beyond 12 months.

If however you do hold any fantasy GGp position, then I suggest you promote GGP on the relevant board.

I see NEWMONT still in Continental with Gold production coming Online in 2020.

Anza is a monster Gold deposit.

Anza alone has 5 drill targets.....

APTA (first area) already declared a 'Discovery' due to high grades and size of the 'High Grade' gold mineralisation AND still open in ALL directions AND open at depth also.

1.5km along strike length x 400 metres Deep (still open at depth).

Newmont / Barrick jointly owned KCGM (Superpit) in Australia is 600m deep x 3.5km long.

if they match OR exceed first batch, then you could see +50p very quickly.

May be folks just want to get it all APPROVED.....given that it took a year since deal was first proposed.

Might also hear some sort of announcement from Ruyi about what they plan is for BAGR for next 12 months.

Newmont investing US$34m in OMI to earn into 75%-80% of the High grade Anza Gold Deposit.

Newmont also have the right to INCREASE their holding in OMI. (will see what Premium is paid this time).

* Taking it all the way to Commercial Production
* Paying for the NI 43-101 compliant feasibility study also.

Newmont walked away from GGp as EG was way too hyped...by the company itself...imo.

For OMI (Orosur Mining):

* Low number of shares in FREE float
* Continuous 'High Grade' gold mineralisation at ANZA
* NEWMONT

should be more than enough for a quick re-rate to £1.00....IMO

I think there is much quicker chance for OMI to hit £1.00 than Ggp hitting 10p.....IMO.

At 10p...GGp Mcap = £320m

At £1.00 OMI Mcap = £146m

and OMI Mcap will still be HALF that of Ggp.

Yep. Newmont were restricted to only 19.9% on their initial Equity Tranche....same as Continental Gold restricted them to 19.9%.

Next 80% has to come at a much higher premium as value & resource size of Anza 'High grade' gold deposit increases over coming weeks/months.

Any low ball offer would simply be rejected by BOD.
