Mike Ashley was well aware of restructuring talks that were ongoing. Bondholders on board now. Just wait for a sweetened offer after firing the first shot at 5p. Interesting weeks ahead. IMHO.

Great buying opportunity in my view. Restructuring signed off OR Mike Ashley taking over....either is positive for current share price. How high from here?...is the question.

There is no debt for equity swap mentioned in the RNS. Shorters spreading false rumours for their own benefit. Holdings being declared thick n fast....which is required before a formal offer is put fwd.

Having followed this stock in the past week or so and how MA works... Next step would be formal 5p offer...which would probably be rejected by BOD... MA would need to revise his offer price to 8p or 10p to clinch the deal that he clearly wants in my view. Never accept first offer....rule of deal making
