Entry price matters not....its the Exit price that defines your profits. Different folks will obviously have different strategies. If you bought let's say in 40's....then simply sell at £1.40......there should be plenty for everyone.

You just need to look at the delayed 350k Late reported Buy. MMs obviously took a few days to fill that as there are hardly any shares around to buy in decent Qty.

If Continental owned 100% of Buritica deposit, then why did Newmont get $260m for their 19.9% shares @ C$5.5 per share.

Takeover Offer price is - price offered per share not the deposit.

In my view we potentially sitting on 20 x Bagger here from current levels. All would depend on timing of when (not if) Orusur Mining gets taken over by either NEWMONT or Zijing Mining. Always good to have a Bidding war, but that is down the road. Some folks do not realise or understand the Massive upside that is ahead.

You can use Continental Gold C$1.4bn cash take over as Proxy and being right next door to ascribe future valuation OR Takeover price for OMI using e.g. 200m or even 250m shares in issue and same C$1.4b cash Offer.

200m shares = C$7 per share
250m shares = C$5.6 per share

If you hold 100k of OMI shares, you would get C$700k or C$560k on accepting the Takeover offer price for your shares.

Offer price in case of Buy Out of OMI will be whatever the Acquirer pays.

E.g. Zijing Mining paid C$5.50 per share to Continental shareholders to Take over 100% of all shares in circulation.
Continental Gold had about 255m shares in total.

So for example: if Zijing Mining or NEWMONT wanted to Takeover Orusur Mining in coming years, for let's say same C$1.4bn....then offer price would be C$8.58 a share.
(1.4bn / 163m shares)

Irrespective of who owns what % of Anza.

Similarly Newmont paid C$6.25 a share to all Miramar Mining shareholders to take 100% control of company.
