Extra shares provide more liquidity. Still only 187m in issue which is not a lot.

Most of them if not all I think already Forward Sold from borrowed shares. If yes, then they will need to Buy them back from Open market to return shares back to the Stock Lender.

I gave Tymers benefit of the doubt first, but he is just another hot shot trader.

He only says 'Buy n Hold' when he gets in at 20p and sells out around 25p and then brags about how impeccable his timing is.....learn kiddo.....etc. etc. He thinks of himself as some hot shot trader and all the rest are beneath his intellectual trading acumen.

....smart ones stay Humble and do it quietly. Investors want much bigger % ROI than just 20-25% here n there.

Just read today's board. Not sure what all the fuss was about.

Simple market mechanics. Full dilution from extra 35m shares (inclusive of warrants) is 21.4% and this was marked down 22.4% from 24.5p to when it hit 19p today. So there was almost perfect correlation. Market always takes the worst case scenario upfront which is good as it takes any uncertainty out of the equation immediately. Glad to have got that out of the way today. So we can now rise from the base formed today at 20p.

Folks need to let go of short termism. It will never let you make the proper mega gains that are on offer here. Sure I was little surprised by the timing. Two points to note below

1) Timing - Brad was asked this exact question towards the end of the recent proactive interview. He gave a diplomatic answer to the question: if OMI would be looking for new projects, now that NEWMONT and AGNICO have taken over the drilling and day to day operations at ANZA.

May be the opportunity only came about recently and they had to act quick to grab it via quick placing.

2) Orosur bought ANZA on the cheap few years ago, when they were happily producing Gold from their Gold mine in Uruguay. What if they had not bought Anza few years ago?
What would they be doing today?

If they get another ANZA like deposit with a first mover Option to acquire it, then why not? They can sit on it or may be do bit of initial drilling and may be get some juicy grades just like historical high Gold grades at ANZA.

That way you got UPSIDE from 2 Gold deposits.

I'm down £10k from just 1 session, but I feel more chilled knowing drilling has commenced and both NEWMONT and AGNICO are getting busy with lot of drilling and regular news updates. This stock can turn -10k of loss into +10k profit in just few hours when on the move.

Huge upside from the new 20p base is ahead folks. Don't throw away your Golden shares and invest without getting emotional but with a Cool head.

I realised and corrected myself straightaway.

My own take is the 17p was probably agreed just a day or 2 before Fridays move up, otherwise placing could have been at 20p. I'm relaxed either way. So busy, not even getting time to Add more today.....LoL.

Placing is not fir ANZA....its other opportunities may be like ANZA.

Just like when OMI picked up ANZA on the cheap few years ago while they were producing Gold from Uruguay mine.

OMI is fully carried for ANZA by Newmont & Agnico. No change there.

Going by historical grades, next set of drill targets could provide similar or even higher grades. Then you wont have to worry about the price as this could jump straight to 85p to £1.00 when the Buying frenzy kicks in.

Placing was oversubscribed.

Those who could not get in would be buying at Open market as next best price before this goes back up.

We already know the super High Gold grades. Current drilling to provide multiple price catalysts going forward.

£100m MCAP is first target.

Agree. Big picture gets better. If you can secure another Anza looking Deposit on sale.....you would grab it with both hands and simply do another deal with NEWMONT to take it production and funded by both Newmont & Agnico.

Upside then DOUBLE UP.

Current price a gift in my view for those who could not get in earlier.

Think those Warrants would be cashed in pretty soon. Price is not going to stay low for long.

Brad was asked the question in the Proactive interview if they will looking to buy into another project while NEWMONT and AGNICO get busy at ANZA. May be they spotted something to catch their attention to get in early on. ANZA drilling and all costs been taken care off. Brad needs to get busy also.

Slightly Unexpected placing....which was oversubscribed.
Bet you those who could not get placing shares would now BUY on the open market.

Rest on track as expected with 2nd drill arrived also and about to go into operation within days.

Newmont bringing AGNICO on board to fast track drilling at ANZA kind of gives it away really.

Newmont alone would have been more than capable but AGNICO got an excellent technical team with proven success in the area. Shows the urgency to get ANZA to production to coincide with the next 10 year plus Gold Bull market.

Buritica high grade Gold mine with +11m ounces (and rising) just 50km to the north of ANZA goes into production in Dec 2020. ANZA considered to be just an extension of the same Gold rich belt, certainly lives up to the mark when you look at the breadth of the High gold grades. Not to forget Silver grades at APTA with one hole returning 768 g/t.

ANZA could pitentially turn out to be the 2nd best high grade Gold deposit for NEWMONT after Yanacocha jn Peru.

Looks set to be HIGH Grade WORLD CLASS deposit.
