we hit over +9p last year when 25 year Exploitation licence was granted last year.

So theoretically should go lot higher than 9p with DQE keen to come on board to unlock the massive value tied up at Heron.

GROC firing ahead on ALL cylinders.

In my personal view, buying GROC makes lot more sense. Increase in GROC MCap automatically increases the value of Alba 54% shares in GROC.
They are poised for significant Upside from both phase 2 programme at Amitsoq and then TBS.

TBS deposit is large with highy attractive resource. Any acquirer / predator will make a bid for GROC for grabbing Greenland deposits.

Why not go for DOUBLE upside. I think Knowledge is not a deramper but simply highlighting the primary Value driver in Greenland will be GROC.

ALBA will additionally benefit from GOLD assets, obviously.

GROC with only circa 100m shares in issue could move extremely fast and very quickly when Buying pressure kicks in. With Graphite short squeeze ahead, no brainer.

Will not be surprised if TESLA makes a surprise move for our Greenland deposits.

'Amitsoq' deposit averaging grades at +20% plus is more than DOUBLE the 8.45% average Worldwide.

Summer drill programme should increase the JORC figure even higher and half the area is still unexplored. Imagine resource size after that.

Sharing the same basin that is clearly separated by Block / licence boundaries is normal and NOT at all conflict of interest.

If Petrochina want their hands on Heron oil also, then they will need to pay a fair price to buy out Block XX from us.

That is in my opinion what Petrochina looking at and have sent in DQE to do all the leg work initially before making an offer.

Got into both GROC and ALBA.

8.28 million tonnes @ 19.75% = 1.63 million tonnes contained metal.

At $2700 - 2800 price range
thats over $4 billion worth of resource.

ALBA fortunes are linked with GROC.
Any gold here is a bonus.

GROC spin off was best thing ALBA did with a separate dedicated management team Kirk Adams leading the way at Amitsoq, Kalaak and Thule Black Sands deposits in Greenland.

maiden combined Indicated and Inferred JORC Resource has been defined at Amitsoq of 8.28 million tonnes (Mt) at an average grade of 19.75%, giving a total graphite content of 1.63 Mt.

· This includes a particularly high-grade contribution from the Lower Graphite Layer of 3.67 Mt at a grade of 21.19%, for 0.775 Mt of contained graphite. 

Phase 2 drilling at Amitsoq coming up. Contractor should be sorted by now.

JORC should be revised even higher from the current 8.28 million tonnes which already is huge.

That is good news for MATD.
