I also share the same feeling Petrochina will sooner or later take over Block XX just like they bought Blocks 19 and 21.

How much would they pay for potential 8000 bopd Heron oil field ?

Would they want DQE to increase Heron production first, before making a move?

Given the price of Oil currently and higher forecasts for 2023 also, value of Heron would go up substantially. So do they strike a deal early?

Some interesting scenarios for Block XX, while DQE get cracking at Block XX and block V also kicking off with Velociraptor this year hopefully.

Will not be surprised if this is back at 5.10 soon that we hit few weeks ago and goes higher this time ahead of DQE update and next RNS.

Q2 not far off. Could be an awesome summer with interest here getting hot. Keep the faith. Should be worth the wait.

In next 2 years i fully expect this to be closer to £2 per share or higher.

2) Waiting for finalisation of the Commercial terms of DQE proposal for Heron and the relevant approval from Petrochina.

Also 50 day EMA firmly above 200 day EMA.

We are in a good place and firmly making a solid platform before launch ahead of DQE updates for both Block V and Heron.

Volume on US OTC picking up also slowly.

MMs doing bit of arbitrage may be. Buying cheaper from us and selling higher on US OTC.

600 million barrels just from 3 drill prospects.
Velociraptor is drill ready by the way. Waiting for a quote from DQE for that one.

Sometimes we need a regular reminder to reinforce why we invested here in the first place.

DQE can fast track multiple drills at Heron in double quick time reaching 6000 - 8000 bopd target a lot quicker.

Using above range, Annual revenues would be:
6000 bopd $219 million per annum
8000 bopd $292 million p.a.

MCap will simply adjust Higher accordingly.
For a company deriving $200m -$300m annual revenues, MCap should be closer to $1 billion generating over 20% in Yearly revenues.

Need to focus on future MCap which should potentially be many Multiples of current MCap.

Yeah...he probably got his 10% profit and back to same. Anybody with a positive outlook is labelled as ramper.

Most here not interested in just 10% profit. Upside here is huge and happy to wait for the mega gains that are ahead.

Update on DQE drills for both Heron and Velociraptor should blow the lid right off....

PSC terms are highly attractive while drill costs per well are so low.

Could the US, European or Aussie Oil majors looking in to Mongolia's vast untapped Oil potential. Block V farm-in could be on the cards while Petrochina/ DQE take Block XX forward.

Block V with proven active petroleum system and similar geology to Blocks 19, 20 and 21 is home to potential multi-billion barrels.

Farm-in may be from one of these 50 Top multinationals for Petromatad Block V ?

Mongolia has been largely untapped. PETEX conference back in 2016 estimated around 90 Billion barrels STOIP in Mongolia basins with similar geology to the multi-billion barrel oil basins of China (Jungaar / Erlian / Hailer). Not too sure about the 90 bln barrels but i would be happy to settle for just 10 billion barrels.

Only oil production to date has been from the Eastern blocks in Mongolia, Petrochina blocks 19 and 21 and soon to be from PetroMatad Block 20 (Heron). We still need to follow up Gazelle discovery.

In my personal view this could jump to 20p with follow up buying on DQE agreement. This got to 5.10p pretty quickly last month from same current levels as now based on just Heron-1 production.

That was before DQE came into the picture. DQE can fast track upto 10 drills within next 12 months timeframe. So the equation changes quite significantly to the upside in my view.

Thank goodness you sold some coz MMs been pretty low on stock.
