PetroMatad has made lot of impact in helping Govt for additional Licence bidding round. MATD bidding for 5 new licences themselves.

Heron-1 should go live this year for sure. With Heron-2 and Heron-3 to follow straight after with multi-well DQE deal.

Velociraptor-1 is coming up for sure.

LP certification for Block XX by cabinet on its way.

I am very excited about Velociraptor-1 coming up with 200 MMBO recoverable.

Block V is highly prospective and has had several Oil shows in the past. We did not hit the sweet spot with Snow Leapord but it had Oil shows suggesting oil had migrated through the trap to the raptors. Block V potentially sitting on that 2nd petroleum system that exists in Mongolia.

With 4 raptor prospects all with 200 MMBO each, prize in Block V is too big to miss out starting with Velociraptor-1.

Land permit relates to the Exploitation area which is the Heron discovery. Heron-1/ 2 / 3 /4......etc.

Its coming soon without any doubt whatsoever.

Issuing financing RNS at 6.30pm on Friday is really naughty and not good. Not professional at all.

Why on earth did they not do upfront placing of lets say 30m shares @ 32p ?

Instead they go for 10 month death spiral finance deal with Riverfort dragging over 10 months. These leeches never let share price recover coz soon as price tries to recover they sell off a tranche. Same happened at MATD about 6 years ago with their stupid financing deal with Bergen which dragged share price all the way down.

GDR should have simply issued circa 35m shares around 32p to secure £10m+ funds upfront.

Not happy with constant issue of shares over a period of 10 months. Do not like this overhang.

Thats about right. 15 wells at approx 600bopd takes you 9000 bopd as PM originally said. Mind you Heron-1 flowed at over 800 bopd rate naturally to surface at 46 API which was one of the best oils ever discovered in Mongolia even better than Petrochina.

Thats how Petrochina got to peak 25,000 bopd starting with few wells rising to around 50 wells. Their production is declining gradually. PetroMatad can fast track their wells from the Multi-well DQE deal.

Also oil is benchmarked at Brent crude price less 5% discount. Loads of CASHFLOW to come. We just need to sit tight or accumulate before fireworks start....which is just a matter of time starting with April.

During April with lot of Newsflow on multiple fronts. Could see flurry of fence sitters jumping back in MATD today for next week RNS.

We seem to be getting bogged down far too much with Petrochina issues and activists. Petrochina are being pushed to clean up their act which they will in due course retrospectively.

Petro Matad on the other hand is expected news on multiple fronts. They helped Govt launch the "New Licence" bid round. Results due soon.

Petro Matad also been pushing for "Renewable Energy" which nobody in Mongolia previously looked at all these years.

Central Govt now putting policies and Compliance framework and Governance in place for investors and giving a clear message that Mongolia is open for business.

Sit tight as we could soon see back to back RNS.

Petro Matad been leading the charge on "Multiple" fronts. Mongolian Govt wants the domestic Explorer and soon to be Oil producer to lead the charge on both fronts to decrease reliance solely on Petrochina.

In my view, Central Govt has probably made it clear to Local Govt to get LP done ASAP and get a move on or we will.

News could come together or back to back. No body can predict exact timing but its coming.

Agree on new World order. Mongolia could be that hidden gem when Oil in other parts of the world runs out, then Mongolia can take front row seat.

Mongolia's own domestic daily Oil requirement is around 25k bopd if i am not mistaken.

Petrochina will probably get a slap on the wrist and will be told to clean up your act quickly and get a move on.
