I am expecting Confirmation and Update on all news fronts next week as Operational Update.

Been busy with work / monthend deadlines. Did not get a chance to do Share price Valuation. Will have a look over this long weekend.

But it would be 10 x Bagger minimum from current price. Will also attempt "sum of parts" Valuation this weekend.

LP is coming....without any doubt in my mind.

1) How is MATD positioned for Govt vision 2050?

2) What role will MATD be playing in achieving Economic expansion plans as outlined by Govt vision 2050 ?

3) Govt spending $$$ Billions on new Oil pipeline and Oil refinery

4) Need 30,000 bopd crude to feed refinery.

5) Central Govt promotion of FDI and updated regulations for any Land disputes

6) Setting up of new Financial Centre in Mongolia and inviting Multi-national Companies Expo 2023

Also once Oil transport pipeline is up and running,
Cost / bbl should fall from $8/bbl to somewhere as low as $5/bbl in my view due to economies of scale.

Heron crude oil would then be re-directed to the New refinery via new Oil pipeline.

Heron-1 flow rate of 800 bopd exceeded management expectations due to excellent quality of oil and flowed naturally to surface.
Peak production estimated as 9000 bopd could also exceed expectations with may 10-12k bopd.
Will see once they ramp up production at Heron.

Half of the entire Mongol population just lives in Capital - Ulaanbaatar. Rest are spread across the country.

Heron Oil will be trucked to same Chinese refinery where Petrochina been trucking their Crude oil for the past 20 years from Block 19 and 21. Trucking costs are only US$8/bbl (from memory).

Oil transport pipeline should be ready around same time early 2025 when new Oil refinery is ready or even earlier.

Think time to read that Telegraph article again i posted earlier in April. Will post it shortly.

MMs know their business. To add on top the scaremongering from traders here over last 2 days who sold around 6p to buy back in for a 1p gain been very clear.

Same breakout pattern from 4p and 5p making Higher Highs......higher lows.

6p should be here soon and Traders try to buy back before it takes off.

May be the Bed & ISA trade distorted the price over 2 days.

Heron-1 not going to jump to 9000 bopd overnight. They need Heron-1 online ASAP and hence Central Govt fast tracking things now to get it done.

Petrochina current production is 17000 bopd.

Oil production ramp up has to come from Heron Oil field. They might also have to go back to Gazelle-1 oil discovery to look for any production shortfall. Hence Land permit is a given in my view. Just SIMPLE COMMON SENSE.

Otherwise no point for having Oil & Mining Expo in September 2023 and inviting Multi-national companies to come to Mongolia.

I was referring to the 250 plus posts yesterday going back and forth when some mor0n comes along and starts recycling 3 month old new and is fixated on what MB said last year.

They not even upto speed with latest developments and the fact we have moved to much advanced stage with Central Govt driving things.

Central Govt knows, they need to get a move on, otherwise no point of having Billion $ refinery with no Crude oil feedstock.

Central Govt now realise, Heron-1 needs to come online now to be able to ramp up Oil production to at least 9000 bopd by end of 2024 / early 2025.

But from Company presentations NPV10 figures for Block V are over US$2 billion.

With circa 1.1 billion total shares that would equate to approx US$2 a share.

We might have to do separate Valuations for Block V and Block XX.

Petrochina will always have the option to make a bid to buy out Block XX. That will be their call only if price is right. Think they also know deep down there is a lot more Oil at Heron and Gazelle on our side of the fence.

You simply cannot have over +2 billions barrels in Petrochina blocks 19 and 21 on one hand and have only circa 200 Mmbo at Heron. Think combined estimates for Heron and Gazelle are c. 500Mbo.
Think it could be lot more than 500 mmbo.

PetroMatad in my view will one day become Mongolia's National Oil Company (NOC).

just watch where this goes in next 6-12 months and coming years.
