Still , it's a good game though innit?

Seems to me this latest hoo-ha revolves around one question ;
are Venus partners/investors , or commercial lenders?

Perhaps a more pressing question would be how far along are SYME in establishing their platform with VeChain and exploiting other avenues of potential income?

As per usual , any issue discussed on here attracts the extremists , from the one eyed devotees on the one end of the spectrum who will brook no criticism of SYME whatsoever to the rather odd collection of individuals at the other end of the pitch who , for reasons best known to themselves , seem to want to shoot SYME down in flames at every opportunity.

In any case , I think the answer to the latter question may render the answer to the former question somewhat academic.

One thing I will say , you have to hand it to SYME when they throw out an RNS it is always crystal clear , unambiguous , in plain English that could in no way be misinterpreted , misconstrued or misunderstood by ANYONE!

...or it could be I am just a bit thick , well maybe just not as well versed in the language of high finance as some others(gobbledegook)and there are certainly individuals on here far more able to interpret this RNS than me and while I am trying to be half glass full about SYME it is as well to remember that the more shares in circulation the deeper the hole , the harder it will be to climb out , not saying it can't be done but it is as well to keep it in perspective.
What kind of volumes do we need in terms of revenue to be getting anywhere near one penny?
Does anyone know?

In so far as I understand it , SYME are now borrowing from Peter to pay Paul , which is not necessarily a bad thing , quite the contrary in fact ...and that they do not foresee having to borrow more cash over and above what they already have anytime soon so the RNS reads quite well. We still need to see more IM's transacted and more revenue , hopefully that will be forthcoming and soon , perhaps SYME figure they will not need to borrow more because they are expecting more revenue from deals being done right now?
We live in hope.

Peak , just to keep things in context , that article is over three months old and relates to the information in the RNS of the same date so it's nothing new .
However , if VeChain/SYME can get that platform up and running it will be a big step forward.

I am not expecting the upcoming interims to set the pulse racing and , to be fair , I don't think that is what matters right now.
First IM has finally been done and this has not had the immediate effect on the sp that many had predicted , well perhaps we shouldn't be too surprised, after all this is still a work in progress.
I would like to think that AZ and co are busy trying to get more deals done and drum up more business/interest on the back of that first IM , it's these kind of negotiations that I imagine could make or break SYME.
AZ and others have alluded to the rather complex nature of the concept and it is that very complexity which could yet be a major stumbling block in bringing this to fruition.
Our little duckling may yet turn out to be a swan but I am more hopeful than confident , it would be nice though.

I think some people credit the "nay-sayers" with far more clout than they actually have. The idea that the sp is where it is because of their constant bashing doesn't seem credible , the main drivers of the sp will be sentiment and results , sentiment is low and as for results , well let's just say we are hoping for more.
I have always been Luke warm on SYME and I still am , In my own mind I am thinking if no significant forward momentum by end of December , and by that I mean multiple IM's being transacted and money rolling in , then it may never happen.
The drum roll cannot go on for ever , sooner or later the rabbit has to come out of the hat!

As a shareholder in SYME I am more than willing to laugh and make light of the good ship SYMES blatant refusal to so much as twitch never mind take off!

As far as proof of concept is concerned I think it is not so much a question of whether it has been done , the point is it needs to be SEEN TO BE DONE , I am not quite sure how or when that happens or how it gets to be established beyond any reasonable doubt but I guess it will all come out in the wash in the fullness of time.
I tend to see first IM as a starting point rather than a finishing line crossed , a base camp if you like and we still have a mountain to climb , at least that's how I see it.
As for rampers and de-rampers?
Rampers? ...Yes.
Paid Rampers ...No
De rampers? ...Yes
Paid De-rampers? ... Yes , most likely.
The problem for me is that people who voice genuine reservations or question the chances of SYMES success often get tarred with the same brush by some of the more zealous of the SYME devotees , which seems a shame as I would have thought it would not be that difficult to distinguish a de-ramper , they tend to be pretty obvious , from a genuine poster.
That , at least , is my humble opinion.

It will be interesting to see how soon further IM's are transacted from the remaining 8.5 million dollars put up by VeChain and in which jurisdictions, in the mean time , it's a case of watch this space.

A genuine question.
Now that first IM has been transacted at what point do we get to know whether that transaction can be deemed to have established proof of concept and just who gets to make that call?
I am assuming that someone , or some entity , gets to give this the rubber stamp(or not)at some point in time , although I suspect it may not be that simple!
Clearly, first IM has not put the matter to bed as far as this board is concerned but what I want to know is who does? , and when?
