...but i have seen posts and indeed had posts of my own removed where it is hard to see where anyone , let alone admin could take any genuine offence. Just doesn't seem right to me...

I am assuming that , by some form of skullduggery or abuse of the system , that one poster can take it upon himself to remove another posters posts or comments if he doesn't like what is being said.
That being the case you would have thought LSE would want to take steps close that particular loop hole.

...to see posts and comments being removed again , that's really lame.

Clearly there is a hard core of posters whose mission it is to do SYME down in any way possible.
I don't know why they do that and i don't really care either.
On the other hand there is also a little clique of SYME supporters whose "loyalty" to SYME is more akin to that of a fanatical football supporter or a religious NUT!
They tend to be extremely one eyed about SYME , and will brook no criticism whatsoever.
So , anyone who tries to make a reasonable criticism of SYME is likely to be branded by the SYME thought police as a troll or suchlike and/or will be accused of having an "agenda" , positivity good , negativity bad and so on and so forth...
The squabbling that ensues can be both funny and at the same time kind of pathetic , you know , grown men and all that....
My agenda is , i bought shares in SYME and while i am significantly down on my investment right now i am hopeful they can finally get all their ducks in a row and become a profitable company with a viable future , probably more hopeful than confident to be fair but if you aint in it you can't win it!
...and if they don't?
...well you can't win 'em all can ya?

If SYME have secured extra funding from Vechain to the tune of tens of millions of dollars why express it in such obscure English.
Surely SYME would be trumpeting this loud and clear and quite right too!
...but they are not , I think it is waffle and can be read anyway one likes.

The point I was making was simple enough.
No extra funding from Vechain for now , and I didn't say it was deliberately misleading I said...

A cynic might say that the paragraph in the latest RNS that refers to the 50 million dollars is deliberately misleading , at any rate it is somewhat less than crystal clear.
Just for the avoidance of doubt , are you saying that , in your own mind you are satisfied that Vechain have pledged extra funding for IM's to the tune of 40/50 million dollars?

Doesn't matter how long the pipeline is if SYME can't match potential customers , of which there are many , with reliable funders , of which there seems to be not so many , takes two to tango , hopefully some kind of breakthrough on the funding front will come soon.

Yes , agreed , and of course the irony is that nothing any of us say will make the slightest difference on the SYME outcome be it good or bad so why should anyone be so petty?
Anyway , no matter , it is only a trifle in the big scheme of things.

Just so that there is no misunderstanding i have no problem with you Arty or you Nobby , i totally accept that people think and feel differently about things and express themselves in different ways but for people who conspire to have other posters comments etc removed just because they don't like the content therein is just plain SNIDE and that is putting it politely!

Yes , i suspect that some individual or individuals have taken it upon themselves to censor my post , quite despicable really , beneath contempt.

My post from earlier on today has been removed.
I didn't remove it and i can't imagine LSE removed it as there was nothing remotely offensive in it but it has gone.
Has anyone any idea how this might come about?

I suspect with the volume involved it will turn out to be some kind of strategic transfer as opposed to a transaction on the open market but I DON'T KNOW , it's just my best guess...

I absolutely get what you are saying Arty but I like to think that I can judge for myself whether someone had an agenda or not , and by the way , Nobby clearly DOES have an agenda.
That doesn't mean that EVERYTHING he says is wrong and
I still don't like the idea of comments being removed.
Just to illustrate that I CAN tell the difference, I had Castle and Rosie on filter from very early on while other contributors seemed to enjoy nothing more than to engage in pointless and seemingly endless arguments with them...
