I think your summary is about right , I am thinking/hoping we are somewhere between option one and two and very much hoping it's NOT option three!
In any case , where we are now is we are either going to trust/hope that this will finally come good or we are going to sell at a huge loss , so I am hanging in there!
I am not sitting on the edge of my seat expecting any Krakens to be released any time soon.
My policy is to ignore the professional debunkers but I think some of the more starry eyed optimists should also be treated with caution , bless 'em!
...as for writing to AZ , well I don't see the harm but I would just as soon write to Santa Claus for all the good it will do...

I think a lot of us thought , or at least hoped , that PNP being written in to the Italian legislature would prove to be the starting gun for SYME to be off and running , only to be thwarted , yet again , at the last minute.
I now have an image of one of those clown pistols , the ones that when you pull the trigger a little flag pops out and unfurls itself that says "BANG!".
Of course we have to wait for the Italian revenue to sort their register out and how long that will take is anybodies guess ; tomorrow? Next week? Next month? June? July? August?
Ah well , at least , now that we know the register is just a formality , we can relax safe in the knowledge that AZ and the team will have millions of dollars , pounds , euros , Hungarian luncheon vouchers worth of deals ready to fly and all at the click of a button.
Won't they?

Of the theories you propose regarding the 8.4 million dollars of outstanding VeChain funding the last named does seem the most plausible but who knows?
As for the £350 million(approx)pipeline of prospective clients , they have been waiting in line for so long now they may well have forgotten what it is they are queuing up for!

All the huffing and puffing to one side , the point is it is hard to know how much of a game changer Italian PNP will be until the Italian revenue get their register sorted. Fair enough , no problem with that , let's hope it is sooner rather than later though.
Also , I would be interested to know what is happening with the other 8.4 million dollars of Vechain funding? I assume it is not dependant on PNP but that does not mean it hasn't been tied in with PNP as it is now imminent.
Stil hoping for a good outcome here.

So , for the time being at least , the recent publication of PNP legislation is something of a false dawn until such time as the Italian Revenue Agency get their digital register up and running.
Once that has happened then we may get a clearer picture of the true worth of PNP.
In the meantime it is like having a bicycle with no pedals.
