This isn't important to anyone (other than lawyers & RKH shareholders) and there's no profit , either financial or political, to them personally whichever way it goes.

You're right BP if you think like a big company - but the mom & pop companies, properly run, make a very nice living for their owners. However they don't pay half a dozen people $ 200 k a year, nor do they employ "financial advisers" and corporate lawyers - or PR shills like Ocelot.

Problem is Ocelot is that you're repeating the COMPANY view - which, sadly, has not always been in accordance with reality.

I think OTM is hoping the latest work will help - unit has to because the rates are still falling.

Ignoring the latest zero numbers, clearly due to the summer maintenance, rates have been falling since the compressor was installed. The only difference is they're falling slower than before - but still falling.

The real killer is that current published rates are approx 38% of those forecast in the 2020 & 2023 CPR's. Since these were the basis for all the hedges and loans you can see why they're deep in it.
