It is a legal requirement to submit correct figures - its normally done by the Site Manager or similar - certainly not anyone at BoD level.

I agree - there is a definite risk of being left on the beach - but I can't see much happening soon and the next serious upwards shift will come when the FDP is approved - but that may be a year away -and first oil is even further away.
