My confidence in the project has not been misplaced and whilst some delays were encountered these are not unusual and especially in current circumstances, now let’s watch the shares rise before someone comes in and takes it over.

but no foreign jurisdictions will accept a case until the Italians are in clear breach - so you have to wait for a slot for a hearing to get a court order - in the UK that might be 12 months for example - and they'll ask the Italians if they wish to be represented. The legal wheels don't turn quickly anywhere

yes they'll win - eventually - but they will either have to pay more legal fees or pay a significant amount as a success fee to the lawyers. And it won't be quick - that's why I think it'll be 12-24 months before anything happens here. navitas need to put in a new FDP - that will move the shares more than anything else we can envision
