I keep thinking back to the Mining Maven piece from the end of last year which showed how Ozzie miners tend to be valued at 2-2.5x their NAV, page 9.

When you look at the figures used in the piece and compare them with the high grade zone valuation in the H&P report which deployed $380/oz (4.4 Moz @ 6.7 g/t Au and 130 kt @ 0.6% Cu, for an NPV of
US$1.67bn, with US$540.8m attributable to Greatland.) - then the total we could get to here when you also include the lower (but still well graded) breccia becomes even more interesting and adds to the challenge for GGP's management for choosing the best route for shareholder value - does this mean we should hold onto our 25% for some SERIOUS value? what's 2-2.5x the value of our share of Havieron down the line? It all depends on your priorities and your timelines now imo. Further thoughts welcome.

Very strong confidence in GH's voice. He's a man with a plan and sounds like he has a very good idea where this is going - it's great when you consider how much and how closely the GGP team has been working with Newcrest and I would also highlight what GH says about the likelihood GGP could secure funding for any share of capital costs required and his eagerness to avoid any dilution of shareholders.

Interesting in that when NUMIS came onboard there was some background provided by Alastair Ford of Proactive and even reasonable speculation around the reason for their onboarding such as raising funds/reaching institutions for any future capital needs of the project, but here this time there seems to be little provided by way of introduction for Hannam.

They make a lot through their CFD platform - something like 75% of investors lose their money and then some using this, so that's probably how Trading212 makes its bread. Be wary of using this unless you are fully clued up about your risks. If you are new to trading/investing, I would advise sticking to just the 'invest' platform to avoid being lured into unknowns. Of course all down to the individual; some have a lot of success with CFDs.

Was going to say, T321, that's bigger than what is usually seen. I have a feeling that when value is recognised in some of PRIM's assets other than just GGP PRIM will do very nicely indeed.
