You've got a point Dealer in my eyes. We were encouraged to vote, we did, we were thanked as "members" and then silence as the SP slid down. I have heard countless times that it's not all about the SP, and the value of the assets far outstrips any current MCAP, but until we have this in black and white, the SP and our wealth continues to diminish. I too think the BOD has a responsibility to it's "members" to now let us know what the raise was for the $20million, where we are with the credible party and what the strategy is moving forwards. I've been here for 2 years, seen it all and held strong. but it is starting to p155 me off that we, as tiny owners of the EUA machine, aren't being given any insight into the workings of this all.
I hope this post ages badly...
Nice to see you all Trift, Littlred, Del and Tilly and for reinforcing the sentiment.
My only little niggle with this share now is the whereabouts of Septic. She was last seen rubbing marine diesel into JTMACS nethers a number of weeks ago. Is she on a "crack" course in massage?
Good morning all,
Having read through the tripe again this morning from a weekend of bickering, I wonder if actually there is something nefarious going on, on this board. Every day now for a number of weeks, there is spat after spat between various similar or the same monikers attacking each other for "lack" of knowledge, poor research or just straight personal attacks around character. It has made this board almost unreadable and has certainly pushed away good posters with interesting research and knowledge from the BB. It would also surely discourage a new investor in entering EUA as nothing here to grab on to as an initial pointer to research and gain greater understanding on what the opportunity is here.
If I was a short gang (of which I am not), I would consider this a very effective way to drive further boredom into the long suffering PI's and further driving frustration into holders minds. From a personal note, I have not felt further away from this share in terms of positivity and commitment than ever before (even through suspension), mainly because of the time delay on news and this ever circling twaddle on the board, so in my mind it is just as effective a way to prise shares out of PI's hands as the traditional boiler room attacks on "certain" failure and run for the hills posts.
So, for newbies looking at this share and to LTH's who have almost reached wits end, I encourage you to read the significant RNS's from old through to the most recent. The board and business here are delivering on what they have promised, they have not failed in anything to date and IMO have delivered tremendous value to our investment over the last 18 months, even if it has not yet been mirrored by the SP over the last six or so. Ignore the waffle on the board and look at the opportunity here. For us LTH's I would suggest to do the same. I did last night again and it doesn't half bring you some comfort around waiting and excitement for the future (be it one day, one week, or even a number of years).
Anyone else with good logical research and positive or questioning sentiment, let's get hold of this board again and make it a useful tool for newcomers and a happier place to check in and read.
I agree Lancerman. The Cambridge dictionary defines "on the table" as:
If a plan or suggestion has been put/laid on the table, it has been made available for people to hear, read, or discuss.
Let's hope they have now read it, currently are discussing it and shortly we will hear it...
As for timings, this RNS makes absolutely no difference in my book. It is not a filler, it is purely operational. What it may indicate is that WK are not part of the "on the table" discussions, but we perhaps knew that already. Have a great day all.
Morning Pete,
I couldn't agree more. Everyone has taken a position in EUA (be it long, openly short like TMS, or watching). Although I am not in agreement with others different position, you have to accept that is their choice and you quietly hope they are wrong and you are right. Without news no one really can have anything else to say, so we end up in this vortex of hate and distaste for one another crescendoing into threats of legal action and....
It is a wonderful British summer, the sun (at times) is shining. The lawns need mowing and ice cool drinks need sipping. EUA will come to the boil when it is ready, one way or another. Can we not all just enjoy this and be kind with each other? My Grandfather had a phrase he would use and it is never more apt than right now: "If you can't say anything nice, just say nothing"...
So, my tuppence worth is that all the recent and very positive RNS's were more strategic in their sentiment (creation of a strategy 12th May for example). Last nights RNS is very much more a tactical (almost operational) communication (this is what we have done as part of a process). IMHO this now has moved from a "this is what we would like to do" into a "this is what we are doing" process and that only bodes well for a culmination of the strategy and hopefully a very happy result. I would agree with the sentiment of not getting carried away with the "ducks lining up" as we still don't know timings etc.. but this (for me) is the first getting it done RNS. For that reason it feels exciting and I hope the market agrees, just to enjoy a blue day for portfolio viewing as we wait for the end game.
I have been off and on today GFD, as I "may" have a day job also.
Not too worried on your account, I have seen you fight your corner with vigour many times. It's more about the general ambience on the board which we can change, the BOD decision which we cannot, and the wisdom to know when to turn off.
Have a lovely evening all.
I am not anti GFD actually. I think he brings a great deal to this chat board. I just think that enough is enough for today, as it may be getting pretty antagonistic. We only get about 4 or 5 days like this a year, so let's all go out and enjoy it. The board will turn the smoke white when they are ready...
It is a beautiful British summers day and going to be a stunning evening. May I dare suggest that it is time to down tools, break open a cold one and chill out a little? You seem to picking fights all over the place and to be honest, it is getting a little tiresome.
It's going to be a wonderful sunset tonight....just saying.
I'm assuming with your slightly superior message, that you meant £250 million rather than k?
I do understand it's a market, but the speed of the drop having risen first thing IMO is designed to spook, hence the "naughty MM" comment.
Has post of the day occurred already?
Two sentences (or 1 as there is no punctuation) of childish twaddle claiming to have a masters and a degree. It is falling out of the irony tree and hitting every branch on the way down.
If the activity of the deramping crew this morning isn't a clear demonstration of manipulation, then I don't know what is. Hundreds of monikers claiming disaster and panic whilst the price drops dramatically first thing. The absolutely nothing as the price recovers to above the previous close. All very Kaiser Sose.
This is all experience gaining for us holders. IMO just ignore it all and keep your eyes on the RNS's and the fundamentals of this company.

Hi Newbie,
I value your opinion, but maybe would counter the shorters position with the fact that no one has had a peep from the board during this whole process. My opinion would be that the increase in the shorters may be due to the fact that currently it is working for them...Time will tell, but I still hark back to the fact that the BOD have not let us down in any way to date and will be working to make themselves properly wealthy. I always thought you were a stalwart on this BOD? What has changed for you?
