Been thinking about this all weekend. What is the one thing that doesn't seem to fit in the potential FSP conclusion currently?
IMO it's the current SP. If EUA are going to sell for £1 or even £2+ per share, that is going to be hard for the acquiring business to justify to their S/H given the average SP over the last 100 days cannot be more than 30p. So, to allow this mighty beast to sell for the numbers that the BOD (and I suspect all long S/H) want, we would need a significant rise in the SP prior to the FSP conclusion. What better way than announcing transformational news a couple of weeks before...
I really do think this is all part of the process and the heady mix has now had the hob turned up full. I would expect this to be the case for a couple of weeks now and then it will be ready for serving at the end of April as a full sale. Let's all relax and start to salivate at the feast that awaits.
The BOD's got this. It's all part of the process...

Positive sentiment from the new CEO.
Got to agree Hector.
I remember reading on here recently that the BOD will be looking to get the non binding into binding offers ASAP, as things change and they will not want to let the fish off the hook. Feb at some point would feel more likely.
A better question than why the "prior" and all the negative conspiracy theories about that (and there's none IMO).
Why not ask the better question, which is "why tonight right at the end of the day?". This is an usual time for our BOD to communicate with us. Why just not wait until tomorrow morn....wait...Oh hold on....
Much better conspiracy theory that...
Hi Mr. Bronson,
I have had no unpleasant responses at all and I hear that SD is probably too big and professional to need a bang to start his tenure. It just may be that it is now in and it is so close to his commencement that they may be announcing it on his commencement. It's only an idea, now this BB is in a much healthier and friendlier state.
Have a good day all.
Mincho
Morning all,
Is the intro of SD possibly linked to the next 4 drilling results of Scallywag (in terms of timing)? As has been said this morning, SD is likely to be outlining the roadmap for GGP on starting in his position and what could be better than some really great news from Scally as his opening gambit?
Well it does as the connecting word in the expression I used is brave in reference to your "all much BRAVER than I"
Yours is just a random expression that bears no relevance to anything (maybe other than your agenda, that is clear on this board this afternoon).
Nice repost though...
Could anyone more in the know that me, let me know when we should expect the four additional drilling results from Scally. We had poor first ones I know, but I would like to know when we may see the next set. Anyone have any ideas, or is it more delayed in the assays being processed at the labs?
Thanks for any responses.
Morning all,
A little off topic, but I am sure the gang here can help. I am currently using excel as my tracker for my portfolio and (although I am pretty competent using excel) it is still not really fit for purpose. Is there any tracker (preferably one with multiple log ins as I am part of an investment group) that anyone recommends. I saw Sharesight this morning flogging itself on Twitter. Does anyone use it, or could recommend a better solution.
Just want it as a repository for tracking my portfolio and a good insight into a watch list.
Thanks for taking the time to answer if you have any recommendations.

Tilly,
Simpleton question, but you talk about accumulation frequently. Shouldn’t this mean (at some point) there should be a retake in the SP). Otherwise where is the accumulation coming from? I was always under the impression that demand outstripping supply should send price up no? Am I being too simple in this instance?
Mincho.
I made a deal that it was January or the result of the fsp, whichever was sooner.
Can you now understand the slightly over emotive original post?
The deal was with myself, however, so I am not under NDA. There is a chance that it could fall through.
Funnily enough Sax, I don't mind those RNS's simply because if they are going to the trouble to announce all these dealings, they must still be committed to this process, which in my mind means that they are still confident of a pay day too.
I would agree a different RNS (maybe with the offer of £1+ a share) may be a break from the monotony...
Dry January to be sorely tested again this evening.
Till the morning.
