Mickey tbh it is not yet significant, for a week we have shuffled between 23p & 24p. A mass arrival of those who see the potential, or who despair, might break this pattern, but imo its not just yet. Meanwhile, with a shuffle <4% we may avoid the day traders who have wider ranges to target.

John, I agree sadly (as customer) 20% up would be good. There have been selective closures, 2 perfectly good (again to customers) Spoons in Bury and Didsbury (S. Manc) are no longer such; I do think they are on top of the estate issue. Some ARE places you want to go to, & yes, some are cheaper alternatives: imo either situation can be profitable.
